I appreciate you uploading these Mitch. This is one of the very few Statler albums that is not in my collection, and I've never heard these songs before. Thanks!!!!
I am also one of the many searching for this album. I've collected all the songs from it from various sources, however the quality isn't as good as the audio in your videos. Just curious where you got your copies from.
Wow, I thought that I had every Statler Brothers album also, I have never heard this song. Most of the other songs that are listed on the front of this album, I have either on 45's or other albums. Do you know if this album was only issued in Canada? I heard a rumor a long time ago that there was a Canadien album that was very hard to find. Thanks for the great post.
The record is dated 1973 and is on the Harmony label, which is really a label of Columbia, I think. I'm not sure if it was a Canadian release or not. I think I read somewhere that only a few thousand copies were produced. Check on eBay. I see them on there from time to time. Mitch
This must be a very rare album. I thought we had everyone of their albums. Neve heard them sing one. Thanks for the post. We went to Staunton in 1983 to their "Happy Birthday USA " show. What a great time. Thanks for the post.
I lived in Staunton for three years, and I still love the place.
Thanks for posting this.
