what is the password of WTHD\Administrator? is it your old password? or the password which you set in installation AD?

@hamisym Hi, The password to your domain Administrator is account is the old password you used to login to the server before you started the installation of Active Directory.

That is the default theme on all windows server installations, however on windows server 2008 you can install the desktop experience which will give you Windows Aero and a few other features of Windows Vista.
