I will start by saying this is some of the higher quality stuff on youtube. However, it is pitch corrected somehow. Might not be autotune but it is pitch corrected. Hence the wrong chords at the beginning on "out" and "one". There is no way you sang it so out of tune that it was the wrong chord it was just flat and the software pulled it down to the other note. If it's not pitch corrected change your settings so it doesn't sound so synthetic.

@seibs14 nope, no pitch correction of any kind. this is one of the first videos I attempted to use audio effects… clearly it didn't come out that great. but if you look at new videos I've gotten better

You know when you have an acappella, you have people with different pitched voices. You can't blag this off when each quater sings in the same octive.

@Brucy6666 I'm not sure I understand your comment… first of all, the 4 me's aren't all singing in the same octave, I'm not completely positive on the exact length but I know that there is at least a 3 octave range from top to bottom. also, what does blag mean? it's not in the dictionary

Nice work dude! Great voice. You wouldn't be able to do this type of arrangement, but if you are looking into doing some live a cappella stuff you should really look into getting a loop pedal, I use the boomerang III for my shows and it's great, tons of flexibility. Was that your arrangement of this tune?

@mofolarry Haha if you want easy I don't know if I'll be able to help. But it's not terribly difficult, the learning curve is pretty big though, I put out m first video almost a year ago and it was pretty bad :P. Anyway, I mix my audio in logic pro, and my video in final cut pro. If you have windows I no there's a good free program... I'm not sure I think it might be called Sony Vegas. If you have anymore questions feel free to message me :)

Pretty excellent. How do you keep in sync? Are you wearing ear phones? I assume you lay down one track and then go back and sing the other tracks listening to the first one? Also what microphone rig are using? thanks!

@dig090 Hi, I don't really have time to go into the specifics but basicallyyah, I play it back while I'm singing the other parts, along with a soft metronome so it doesn't get picked up by the mic. And as for my set-up: I'm actually recording video through my iPhone and audio is going through a blue mic (the bluebird) and an apogee preamp (ONE)
