I am fromer iv opiate addict and with out some of the precautions taken here and other places people will continue 2 DIE from disease and over dose. These exchanges are how some people find recovery. Who r u 2 cuss the people that r trying to help from spreading disease and death. The addicts will always be in your park. If your child or someone's child you know picks up a dirty rig, thenmaybeuwillchangeurtune.
