That is what happens when you put Howard in net. I don't know what the wings see in him. I have yet to watch a game where the wings win with Howard in net. That Is very likely a coincidence thoughh
No thanks. Nilsson isn't good enough to make ANY of the "Big 7" teams. Tre Kronor has too many good players at their disposal to use a lazy ass like him.
Maybe if he had shown up for practice a couple of years ago instead of staying home to play Counter-Strike he would have been good enough. That laziness probably ruined what could have been an amazing career. Today he's just an average NHLer, nothing more.
Sorry dude, don't use a highlight reel as reference, it doesn't tell the whole story :/
Absolutely, he could still improve, but this comes from an extremely biased Leksand-fan who saw him set the new all-time record for points scored by a 17-year-old in the SEL while he still played for our team. He just hasn't panned out.
The fact that BÅG didn't want him even for the World Championship last spring kind of says it all. In my eyes the kid got complacent and stopped trying. Real waste on all that talent. Sky was the limit for him. *shrugs*
Couldn't agree more.. His like the new Anders Eriksson, who also is a lazy ass motherfucker, they're only living on their pure talent.. Without their talent, they would be nothing.
Glad to see people agreeing with me. I thought I was going to get shot down by a bunch of people hyping him just because he's Swedish! :P
While making it to the NHL is a great feat by and of itself, we're talking about a kid who as a 15-years-old scored at a 2 PPG pace in the J20 SuperElit. As far as I know that is just unheard of! He could have been a generational talent in my opinion, if he had just had the proper determination and will.
I do not know the full story and this is just a theory. Could it also be that Robert Nilsson had problems to adjust to the NHL. I have seen a few technical players who do not get room for their type of play when they move over to NHL.
It's too bad Nilsson was so damn lazy he had all the talent in the world.

I wish he played like this more often. It's retarded who our star pplayers tend to injure themselves every season.
BTW love how the comments made recently have nothing to do with this video at all.

I don't know why you mention this gay thing, when, according to statistics, Finland has more homosexuals than Sweden.
And I was just making a mean joke about Finland being worse than Sweden. Now shut up.

I dont know the background but since ppl mature and hockeyplayers can play farily long he might turn out to become a good player.
My first comment was kind if ironic to since i used the smiley.
