  • This patriots got a POINT!

  • ..who says we have to respect our president or anyone.. period

  • ..Pierce is a clueless shallow ... Guns are objects,, we are people,, period..

  • this whiny little british faggot should get a broomstick up is ass

  • I don't want to take Ted Nugent's guns away from him. But I do want to take the guns away from the gangs that control the area I have to drive through to get home from work. My very life may depend on it, and certainly others lives. This is the main conflict in the debate, because both sides have very valid concerns.

  • @psychwardmovies Well, the main thing to remember - that gets very quickly forgotten. Many believe stricter gun control will help with the gangs and the criminals; however it won't - in any way do that. They are criminals; they would not in any way be effected by gun control. If they are willing to shoot each other; they will find their guns.

  • @skerryamp That's somewhat relevant to possession laws, but most guns got onto the streets by being initially purchased legally. Some studies show that 75% of guns purchased legally are not purchased legit reasons or intentions. This creates an inflated legitimate demand on the market. But it's the same problem with prescriptions, do we outlaw Oxycontin because 70% of the scripts are to addicts? I don't know the answer. It's a very complicated issue, and gun lobbyists certainly obfuscate it.

  • The British have never been right about the USA or any other place I can think of..Lets keep our Guns and run the tyrants off...:)

  • Well said Ted. Keep fightin the good fight

  • Tear em up Ted, Love ya!!!!!!!!!

  • Based on independent research, "As many as 200,000 women use a gun every year to defend themselves against sexual abuse." Additionally, "States which passed concealed carry laws reduced their murder rate by 8.5%, rapes by 5%, aggravated assaults by 7% and robbery by 3%." Governments around the world have murdered millions after disarming their citizens. Death by government is not as likely as long as we have the 2nd Amendment. Pierce, stop drinking the Cool-Aid. You have no clue.

  • I am sorry - but Nugent is wrong. First of all - the violent crimes committed in the US are done so with illegal guns. Who the fuck commits a crime with their own registered firearms? The problem is that the 2nd Amendment has become to vague in the Courts. You have people shooting door to door sales people because they were on your lawn. That's just fucking dumb. Id be all for full 2nd Amendment, but they dont psychologically screen people prior to owning firearms.

  • @lairdriver >Thats some of the most stupid stuff I've ever heard. Your wrong!! Brain washed!! Come where I live, criminals think two or three!!! times before the try something because honest law biding people will protect themselve's. There will always be guns. The question is. Do you just want only the criminals to have them? And also remember Hitler! He started his takeover....With gun control!!!! Come on man!!

  • Nugent owned the guy - and you see him lose his cool.

  • If you want to know why gun control doesn't work, ask a robber whether he would choose to break into an American household in Texas or would he break into a house in London, which one do you think he would survive coming out of?

  • I love Ted Nugent the musician but I love Ted Nugent the Activist more. Right On Ted.

  • LOL Piers looks like a complete inept moron trying to denounce the US Constitution in front of Uncle Ted. Idiots like Piers are the very reason we have our Constitution.

  • Criminals don't want you to be armed.

  • Go Ted ! We will always have the 2nd Amendment . Those who wish to take it away , can pack your bags and go to the socialist country of your choice ! This is the reason we are still the only free country left on the face of the earth ! The easy slide into socialism has been exposed here in the US. and we will snuff it out like one would blow out a candle !

  • @TheGankstarr The militia was civilians protecting their families against a government trying to control them. Criminals get guns illegally all the time. If they control guns and we all know the history of when the government tried to control something, it went bad. Gun control only stops LAW ABIDING CITIZENS, not the criminals. This protects us from the government from taking over our country, which they are trying to do ex. TSA = Pedophiles.

  • @larrydholland If you try to fight the TSA with a gun, you will be either in the ground or in a cell.

  • Wow! A crazy fuck speaking out against Obama!!!! It is so sad to see what he has become!

  • @tangogonzo You don't like free speech?

  • What a jackass.

(I'm a gun owner but not a raving loony. People like the Nuge give the rest of us a bad, bad name)

  • Ted Nugent has BALLS!!!

  • Ted Nugent is firing off bullshit statistics and saying that areas without guns are more dangerous than areas with guns, also bullshit. He knows nothing of politics and only wishes to keep his guns, even if that means blaming and/or viciously insulting his president. Bottom line, the 2nd amendment spoke of defense in the case of a militia, which is no longer necessary because we were originally in fear of recolonization. Fuck you Ted Nugent. Fuck. You.

  • @ThaGankstarr lol. why dont you go look at statistics (nonbias) in Europe of countrys that have a full out gun ban. their crime is through the roof buddy. honestly if you were a criminal and were about to rob someone. you wouldn't think twice if you know that person most likely won't have a weapon on them

  • @goatkiller68 What countries? And I'm not going to deny the fact the anyone, criminal or not could get their hands on a gun through the uncontrollable black market.

  • @ThaGankstarr see thats the thing though. the people who are pushing for gun control don't understand that the majority of gun crimes are done with an illegal gun. if you take away guns your just taking them away from law abiding citizens. criminals dont care what the laws

  • @goatkiller68 that's the main issue. But from personal experience, my neighbor was almost killed by two unarmed burglars because they found his guns and pistol whipped his face until he was unrecognizable. He's fine now thank god but that happened because he owned firearms (licensed or not) and they only left the scene because they thought he was dead, and he's lucky they didn't just shoot him. Not to mention I live in arguably the safest city in America.

  • @ThaGankstarr the safest city? what city would that be

  • @ThaGankstarr So you believe that your neighbor was brutally beaten nearly to death by 2 men who broke into him home, and the only reason they became violent and tried to beat him to death is because they found a pistol in his house? Do you believe they were nice guys until they seen the man owned a gun and became enrages that a guy would have guns in his own home? Do you think the gun made them do it? I am having trouble finding any logic at all in your theory.

  • @ThaGankstarr You haven't the slightest clue as to what the meaning of the word "militia" is, of crime stats, or how to disagree with someone like a civilized adult. I'd advise you to get some books and read up on the subject.

  • @jboritzki No, I'm quite sure I understand the meaning of "militia". Other than legally carrying a gun for self defense against those who obtain weapons through the black market, no civilian needs a gun, period. Law enforcement and other federal agencies should unquestionably be allowed to carry firearms, but civilians don't need them, and if they do it's only because a black market can't be regulated or shut down. What part of my comment was uncivilized? Oh, and we don't need civilian militias.

  • Morgan can take his white ass back to Britain!

  • Guns are like God to some people. What a sick society we've become.

  • @bocobob What a sick society we have become? What other societies that gave up their arms in the past have you studied?

  • @jboritzki The U.k doesn't let their citizens have guns and their homicide rate is extremely low. There is more to it than just banning guns though, I must admit. A lot of it has to do with our culture here in the U.S.A. and the pressures in our society. The great divide between the classes, breakdown in the family structure and the fast paced pressures in our culture add to it. Too much violence in this gun loving country.

  • @bocobob Bullshit, someone gets knifed every two seconds because you guys don`t have a second ammendment. USA ROCKS

  • @jigsaw183 LOL

  • @bocobob Communist China also has a low homicide rate but I see no reason to model the USA after them. The violence in the US has more to do with drugs than with anything else. Loving, owning, or having a 2nd Amendment has nothing to do with the violence here. It's not freedom loving, gun owning Americans that commit the violence. It's gang members, drug dealers, drug addicts, drug users that commit the vast majority of it. The UK has plenty of violent crime & defenseless citizens at it's mercy.

  • Ted is the man we have the right to defend ourself and hunt for food to eat.I think there is alot more problems to worry about than this.

  • I think we just watched what took place during the founding of America.

A patriot demanding his rights and a Brit that just didn't get it!

  • How about this, we ban fucking morons who blame inanimate firearms for crime.

How about we quit blaming cheeseburgers for making 40% of Americans obese!

How about we start blaming crooked ass maggot politicians for coddling the non working scumbags breeding welfare babies. If you are WELL ENOUGH TO FUCK< YOU ARE WELL ENOUGH TO SUPPORT YOUR CHILDREN.

How about we start FORCING THE SNIVELING SHIT BAGS OF SOCIETY to take drug tests to collect state aid and welfare!

    HOW ABOUT ACCOUNTABILITY!

  • Everybody on Pres. Obama listen to what he is saying in the interviews and everyone so bent about 2nd ammendment but I remember when all men had the right to be created equal but we dont want to hear that I live in Germany where gun laws are very stiff but you roll with it I heard him say plainly he does not think guns should be banned.

  • @bsmoove1usable He says that to get elected. Obama is absolutely anti gun. His Supreme Court appointees are anti gun and vote recently to declare the 2nd Amendment to be a state right and not an individual right, which would have made it legal to ban private ownership of guns. Every vote Obama made in the Senate was to ban or restrict firearms ownership. Fast and Furious was a plan of his and Eric Holder's that has killed hundreds of people, to gain support for bans on magazines and rifles.

  • Are we seriously still talking about this? Who wants to take guns away? Keep lying to yourselves so that you can keep having a reason to hate Obama.

  • What has Obama done to think that you are losing your gun rights? I want specific examples, not partisan bullshit.

  • @TheeMikeHoncho Obama knows he is up against the 2nd, yet he still tries to find ways around. He has stated during his presidential run that he is for a national ban on concealed weapons, his staff has (and still is) researching ways without congressional approval to force ammunition manufacturers to serial number ammunition, (in effect making it so expensive no one can afford them), and force retailers to track who buys what ammunition and provide that information to the government.

  • @1TexasLee Lots of people agree with him on banning concealed weapons. I am on the fence on that though.

I live in a large city and gun violence is a very big problem. The bulk of these guns are stolen which makes it extremely hard to track, so i think that if you tracked the bullets it would be extremely useful to get the shooters. Since 80% of guns used in violent crime where i live, are stolen, i think that tou should be FORCED to buy a gun safe when you buy the weapon.

  • Comment removed

  • I hope a second Civil War breaks out in this country b/c I have faith that us true Conservative Christian Americans will win. How many leftists do you think carry guns? Besides the blacks in the ghetto.

  • @JungleHunter87 Why do you hate America?

  • Ted Nugent for President - 2012 !!!! Stop the Obamunists dead inir tracks !!! wooo hooo ;D

  • We are getting a handgun soon for home protection and we also know lots of gun owners. All of whom are law abiding, respectable citizens. Decent upstanding members of society who just happen to carry a weapon in the unfortunate, unlikely event that some scumbag attempts to bring them or their families harm. Anyone who argues against this is just plain DUMB. A victim waiting to happen. Doesn't get much dumber than willfully denying yourself the ability to protect yourself and your family.

  • woodsinme - You have your own string – granny knot tying channel… you’re condescending, and you play Pictionary, let me guess... you're a Limey right? Enough said... Nugent for President!

  • This asshole puts himself in the class of Lenny Bruce, Richard Pryor, and Sam Kinnison? Talk about delusions of grandeur.

  • fuck yea uncle ted

  • Uncle Ted, you Rock!

  • Hack guitarist...Politically shrill...A legend in his own mind...

  • The right to have guns is a given; 2nd Amendment.

The ones who wish for family members to die are you liberal guys and gals who support abortion. And how many times have you heard of a private citizen murdering anyone? Huh? It's the bad guys, get it?

  • Piers does the typical liberal thing of blaming legal gun owners for the murders that previously convicted felons, that had no legal right to have or own a gun in the first place, commit. Most murderers are bad guys already. Most murder victims are also already bad guys that got killed doing their illegal crap. God forbid this Piers guy actually ask himself who it is that gets killed or who it is that does the killing. No, it's easier to blame the NRA or a law abiding citizen for owning a gun.

  • I'm a republican, NRA member, huge anti-Obama guy, but I wish someone other than Ted Nugent, mr. shit-his-pants-to-avoid-the-draft, was saying this.

  • AwesomeBeatles is really Barry Seotoro..

  • I'm with Ted, take my gun after you defeated me, killed me, and pulled it away from my dead body.

DEFENSE! I am AMERICAN! I have the right to defend myself! It is legal and moral!

You will not take my gun away from me because I vote correctly!!!

  • Ted was awesome here with this idiot. Unfortunately, Jesus Christ Himself wouldn't be able to convince such a Libtard of the facts and the moral argument.

  • Love it. Ted rocked this interview.

  • That SOB has a big mouth and his guitar playing sucks too!

  • If this Moron Nugent ran for President. Obama will kick his Ass and take away his guns. Don't piss off Obama.

  • Mr. Morgan should have kicked the shit out of this trailer trash Nugent.

  • @AwesomeBeatles Now I'd pay to see Morgan try that lol.

  • Nugent is a tool. Shut up Nugent. Why do you speak out against gun control, when you would never take up arms against the establishment government. Nugent is a New World Order puppet. The reason we have the right to bear arms is to keep government in check. You did not hear Mr Big Mouth say that, did you ? Nugent, you are not qualified to speak on this or any other issue of substance.

  • Thumbsuckers suck their thumbs!

  • You want to know what's really scary... what the real issue is here? Look up your states laws governing its right to secede from the Union and more pointedly: what must happen before martial law can go into effect. Martial law. To this day, although the lines are getting blurrier, people choose the state want to live in to fulfill lifestyle desires... If you can't have guns legally, which state will you flee too when the cops start cracking heads? NOWHERE BUT DEAD. That's why we have guns

  • " I want to stuck on your machine gun." That is soooo gay dude!

  • This guy was a fucking joke twenty years ago, and he's still a fucking joke.

  • Ted is nothing but a media fundamentalist

  • I like Ted!!! he makes sense and is a real American,,not a sheep like the fuckin Obamao supporters!

  • @RocknLester2011 I guess letting unamerican pieces of shit like Turd deceive the Draft board is being a real American, huh? Pukes like you and Turd disgust me and every American that served his country and even those that have not been in the service. I guess watching this country go into a depression from republican rule is your idea of a wonderful America. Yea reich shitstain.

  • @RocknLester2011 me too i also with hank williams jr

  • @RocknLester2011 Two enthusiastic THUMBS DOWN 4 your comment

  • Just be glad that Nugent is not in charge of Transportation and Highway Development. His solution to gridlock is to put more vehicles on the road. I'm sorry but his Logic or lack of it does not make sense.

  • Not sure how Obama was thrown into the arguement. He never said anything about taking guns away.

  • I think u should be able to protect yourself........but i think it is gang problems.....not gun ownership of a damn hunting riffle......Here in detroit a 9 month old was killed in a drive by, and i want to know how these guys obtained there guns. Why do extreme gun advocates always think they are trying to go into their house and take their hunting "tools" that is not what the argument is about. Ted nugent is also just an asshole

  • What a douche Nugent is, as far as the stat more guns lower crime, he is lying because hes not correlating it with population density. LKower density areas have a higher gun rate because its rural and people hunt, and obviously crime is lower in rural areas guns or no guns. Also who the Fuck is trying to take your guns ? Gun control advocates just want them properly lincenced and proper background checks, no one is ever going to take our guns Mr Shithead Nugent !

  • Ted..we don't live on a safari with wild lions and other predators, you idiot.

  • @asdfqwervd - we don't?

  • @fuzzenaval i don't see any Tea Party activists protesting against lobbyists..do you? show me a clip of a demonstration that is against lobbying? All the tea party is about is "reduce government spending" but not against private money donations to publicly elected officials. May be ONE tea party member protested lobbying...but that's not really on their agenda consistently at all.

  • @asdfqwervd What do lions have to do with God given Constitutional rights or the natural right of self defense?

  • An 8-year-old girl was in critical condition Wednesday after she was shot in the abdomen at her elementary school near Seattle. Is that Hilarious TED?

  • @cromagnan - Maybe you should redirect your comments to the suck ass parents that did not pay any attention to the kid??? Why did he have a gun, and where did he get it from? Put the kid and his stupid ass parents in Jail, and stop adding useless laws that just don't stop this kind of issue. Pretty soon all items of death and destruction will be outlawed, just be patient. Why not treat the core problem - people - and stop blaming inanimate objects of all shapes and sizes for our weaknesses?

  • @fuzzenaval So you agree with me that we need more regulation. Thank you. :)

  • @cromagnan - Yes we really do! We should scale this up and destroy all all things that hurt us, everything that has ever taken a human life as I'm pro-life too. We should start with Hospitals as Doctors kill people daily, and then all the Airplanes because when they crash they take hundreds of lives, then all illegal drugs, cars, fire, water, knives, forks, and even spoons... How do we get started? We need people like you to really kick this off... Thank you for your encouragement, and time!

  • @fuzzenaval Now you are showing your inability to decipher a simple comment. Go back to school.

  • @cromagnan - You call yourself cromagnan, sorry but I think you misspelled you name, it's Cro-Magnon... no wonder you are so angry at everything. They have plastic surgery that could help your looks, but only good pharmacological science and therapy can help you with anger management. I am very concerned about you, do you have anybody that can help you before you really hurt someone you love? You don't own a weapon do you?

  • @fuzzenaval And you are knocking spelling? When you don't spell?

  • @woodsinme - I can spell, "Blow me Troglodyte"! I bet you know what that means without a translation or spell check...

  • @fuzzenaval The troglodyte may agree with this...me checking pictionary.

  • @cromagnan - oh and Wars, and going after other countries that disagree with our policies - we can make them think like us - do as we say or else... and stop the other countries from selling dangerous things that hurt us to criminals when they make it to the US illegally, oh and solve the hunger issues in the World, and provide a World Heath System... I'm ready to help! Let's go get them!

  • @fuzzenaval The last big war we got into was a result of a REPUBLICAN Idiot named George Bush. His pal Dick Cheney shot a guy in the face when he was drunk. I'm sure you will find a way to make that ok. Maybe you won't get it until someone is pulling buckshot out of your face? You people amaze me. MORONS!

  • @cromagnan - Wow you are an angry person, "Maybe you won't get it until someone is pulling buckshot out of your face?" Why do you type of people always resort to violence, I am all about peace and love? Let's save the World by abolishing everything that can hurt us is all I'm saying, and you are threatening my life. You people are all the same, what a shame... regardless I will pray for you, and send you hugs and kisses to help you feel better. Peace and Love will overcome your mean hate! :)

  • @cromagnan - oh and ah, detain and destroy if need be all other scary creatures that can hurt us too. I mean everything, even Extra Terrestrials... Abominable Snowman, everything... it's go time, let's get this started!

  • @fuzzenaval Check your meds

  • @cromagnan - Should I ask someone to help you with your anger? Do you have someone close to you that could give you a hug or take you to therapy? I am worried about all the anger you have inside you, please don't hurt anyone okay! Also, please remember that Drugs, Planes, Trains, and Automobiles don't kill people, people kill people, it's really sad. Love will overcome!

  • @fuzzenaval You are showing complete disrespect for an innocent little girl who has a gunshot wound and could die. You worthless piece of SHIT! I can now see where your priorities are. Instead of doing something constructive to put a stop to this insanity, you are spouting off about things you don't understand. You owe that little girl an apology along with all the other NRA ASSHOLES

  • @cromagnan What does that have to do with anything Ted said or with your rights? Rapes and murders go way up in places where guns are banned, do you want rapes and murders to go up?

  • @jboritzki That is factually incorrect

  • @cromagnan No it's not.

  • @jboritzki Tell that to Gabby Giffords who was shot in the head along with others who were shot during the same attack from a guy who is mentally ill and had access to guns in a state where Open Carry is ok. This is not rocket science, all you need to do is require anyone who wants a gun to pass some simple requirements. 1. No history of Mental illness. 2. Take gun safety classes a few times a year. 3. List all gun owners with local Law enforcement. 4. Track down illegal weapons and confiscate.

  • @cromagnan If you want to take a rare kind of crime like that shooting & pretend that it's a common thing then you're fooling yourself. Loughner's mom, a government employee, was able to get his record cleared, which is why he passed a background check BTW. Open carry people are among the most law abiding groups of people. To blame this on that is beyond silly. I agree with #1. #2 no. How many times do you think a person needs 2 be told not 2 point it at people & how would that stop a shooting?

  • @jboritzki Tell that to the 17 year old student who died in Ohio today and the kids who are in critical condition in the hospital as a result of a kid bringing Daddy's firearm to school. This will keep happening until people like you admit we have a serious problem in this country and decide you are not ok with talented CHILDREN being snuffed out because it so easy to find firearms laying around the house. At least I'm offering a solution.

  • @cromagnan right because the gun made the kid do that in chardon ohio. not the shitty parents who let access to the gun,the kid who could have used a louisville slugger over the .22 to beat up his bully. nope nope..its the guns. yea your a moron. I award you no points and may god have mercy on your soul.jackass

  • @mrslyfox12 Thank you for proving my point. If strict laws a rules were being enforced, the innocent 17 year old would still be alive. Also, try to show more respect for the dead. Think about how the parents, neighbors and friends of that child feel right now. Solution Solution Solution Solution. It's the only way.

  • @cromagnan you dont think he could have killed that kid with a baseball bat?why respect them?i have no respect for people I don't even know. I don't care. the only thing I care about is how the brady campaign is going to use this for their cause. This kid could have have done a number of things to cause injuries and death to these chardon high school student. he just so happened to use a .22,of all calibers, and this gun did nothing wrong.Your still a jackass

  • @mrslyfox12 Now you have completely gone off the reservation. You are comparing a baseball bat to a gun. OK, I have a 22 cal Ruger rifle with a 10 shot clip, you bring your baseball bat and lets see who wins. Like I just said in another comment, you people think I'm an anti gun Liberal because I advocate gun safety? My Dad taught me how to shoot without hurting anyone or myself and I am teaching my kids the same. Strict rules are what keep us from shooting ourselves or guns ending up at school.

  • @cromagnan Magazine. and I am not getting into a flame war with you. gun control isnt forced responsibility its forced totalitarianism. and your right, strict rules help, but not in this case. we have no idea if his dad was strict?maybe he was and the kid decided to do it anyway?kids fucked up regardless of blame.and the baseball bat ref.wasnt to say whats a more effective killing weapon, rather if he felt he needed to beat some ass, that might have ended better for everyone vs the pistol

  • @cromagnan The only solution,in this case, is to punish the bully and not the kid getting bullied.teachers dont get involved and let it happen.parents dont care about their kids problem and he felt this was the only way to deal with it.he was wrong.and even if his dad did lock up the gun tight, kids figure shit out, they get into their parents shit.thats what kids do.no matter how responsible his dad was,if the kid had the strong enough desire,he was going to find a way to.

  • @mrslyfox12 There are quite a few parents out there with weapons. The ones who are doing the right thing are talking to their kids, monitoring online activity and keeping firearms locked in a safe that requires a combination that is memorized and not written down anywhere. It's really not that difficult to make some changes that will save lives.

  • @cromagnan I agree with that overall point. My guns are locked up.tight.to get to them youll need more than a hammer, hack saw or combo. I just do not support any level of government or state gun control to counter incidents like these, which is what always happens.Punish the strong for the actions of the weak.I support personal responsibility which is something you just cant always guarantee.which is why I always carry.Because I might meet that irresponsible person on drugs with a gun

  • @mrslyfox12 Then we have to weigh the issues. On the one hand, a report came out today that said the USA has the highest levels of school shootings on the GLOBE, that means we are doing a worse job than Russia, South America and 3rd World countiries. On the other hand, many feel they need a weapon in case some crack head decides to rob them. My house has 3 cannisters of pepper spray, a few baseball bats and a samarai sword ready and available. Guns are lcked up. We need a nationwide solution.

  • @cromagnan - Yo croapecrapman, why can't you just shut up already? Give it a rest would you? We get it; take every inanimate object away that could hurt us, and permanently hide it from the humans…! Cheese & Rice!

  • @fuzzenaval You are the Village Idiot. You cannot wrap your head around the idea that a loaded weapon that is not properly stored is a potential death sentence for an innocent person? Sheesh. Morons.

  • @cromagnan - How many lifeless objects have tried to rub you out in your lifetime? Your kind always seems to blame the lifeless object, not the human that needs to be held accountable. Actually, I'll bet you are one of those humans that blame all your failures on everyone else, and hold everyone accountable for your mistakes or misfortune...

Weak, mindless, and useless flesh like you makes me sick...

  • @fuzzenaval I am certain I am more successful than you will ever be in your lifetime. I have been paying taxes longer than you have been alive, I can tell by your choice of words that you are a child who has little or no life experience. You will feel better after you are no longer a virgin.

  • @cromagnan What happened was very rare. Horrible but rare. The thing that I think you want is for guns to be made so rare and nearly impossible to get in the US that kids & other crazy people will stop shooting because guns aren't available. That would effectively amount to a gun ban which is unconstitutional. Not to mention it would no nothing other than replace shootings with bombings which is even more deadly and damaging. Freedom has it's risks just like totalitarianism has it's risks.

  • @cromagnan #3 no, it is none of their business and again, that would absolutely not prevent a shooting like the Loughner shooting. It would only tell the police were the legal guns are at so when the legislators decide to ban them, they know where to go get them and arrest law abiding citizens for not turning them in. (see California for proof of that). #4 1-3 would make tracking down stolen guns no easier than it is right now. U also have to remember that gun ownership is a right.

  • @jboritzki Gun ownership should only be the right of people who are willing to follow the rules. I was always taught that with a firearm comes responsibility. Back in the 1970's, our Dad taught us that a gun should never be pointed in the direction of a person or self, keep safety on until ready to shoot and always lock up guns not in use. Most of the cases we are hearing about are the result of people not following these simple rules. Like the guy who accidentally shot a girl in Church last wk

  • @cromagnan I am a big gun safety guy but you are completely wrong that most cases we hear about are because of improper safety training. Most shootings are criminals shooting other criminals over drugs. That is what the vast majority of shootings are over. Now, you want to tell me about a few kids that were shot because 1 kid took a gun to school & that's fine, but you also have to remind yourself of the millions that did not take a gun to school and the millions that were not shot. )cont)

  • @jboritzki The kid in Ohio stole his Uncles gun. The Uncle needs training to learn how to store weapons in a safe way. The guy at the Church who shot the girl in the head "by accident" also needs serious training. The person who shot the baby a few weeks back need training, all these cases come back to the same thing, a sloppy uneducated approach to the handeling of a dangerous life threatening item (GUN). You talk about the Constitution, there is a Judicial side as well, changes are needed.

  • @cromagnan I don't think that anyone actually believes that the uncle didn't already & instinctively know to keep guns away from kids & locked up if kids come in his home. You're talking about things that are either negligence or accidents. There will always be negligent people who have accidents with guns, in cars, with scissors. The courts powers are limited by the constitution. They don't have the authority to change it.

  • @jboritzki The we use the judicial side and make it a State by State issue. If a person has cronic problems like multiple drunk drivings or spouse beating or any mantal issues at all, they should not own a firearm. If you study the cases, you see a pattern. Alchoholic wife beaters kills thier wives and sometimes their own kids in a drunken rage, look at the case recently, Dad chopped his kids with a hachet and burned down the house. These are the people to keep away from firearms.

  • @cromagnan There are already laws in place to prevent convicted felons from owning firearms. That doesn't stop them from being the largest group of murderers though. The dad that hit his kids with an ax just before setting their house on fire with all of them in it didn't need a gun or use a gun to do that.

  • @jboritzki You didn't really read my comments. You have to read all the words or your responses won't make any sense in the conversation. I said that felons buy guns at gun shows on a regular basis. NY traced 82% of the guns used in crimes by ex-cons back to states like Tenn or Alabama. So the laws in place are FAILING. Also, I was using the Ax murdering Dad as an example of the kind of mentally ill people who live in this country.

  • @cromagnan I understand some of your concern, but you can't put all the blame on legal owners who go thru the procedures to own a gun. When our own government who suppose to be protecting us from drug cartels are not doing their jobs, but iinstead ARMING THEM, then what are we to do? The current administration is the worst we had in years. They don't care about protecting Americans at all.

  • @larrydholland You make a great point when pointing out that the federal government is arming the violent drug gangs and leaving the borders open in order to gain their votes at the cost of American lives.

  • @larrydholland Part of the problem is that drugs are illegal. I don't want to and haven't really ever gotten high, but outlawing it is silly. It should be frowned upon and the users should be offered help and reasons on why they need the help. Prohibitions are in general ineffective and deadly. One thing for sure too, I'd not want to be solely dependent on police.

  • @larrydholland You did not read my comments. No one is blaming legal owners of guns, If I did that I'd be blaming myself. I am advocating laws that are more strict so we can put a stop to ex-cons buying guns at gun shows illegally. I am advocating more gun safety classes for gun owners. I am advocating putting a stop to mentally ill people being allowed to buy weapons. I don't rely on the GOV for anything, I work for a living. Anyone who does not agree is ok with senseless killing.

  • @cromagnan No, I did read all of your comments. Felons buying guns at gun shows is mainly a myth. What the anti-gun politicians really mean is that guns are either stolen or bought privately then used in a crime. To the antigun crowd gun show is another word for private sales. Guns used in crimes have to come from somewhere & 1 of those somewheres is going to the main somewhere. Lets look at the reason or cause of the crimes, not at the tools used. Strong man beats a weak man, do we ban weights?

  • @jboritzki You really have no clue. Your comments are FACTUALLY INCORRECT. FACT: 82% of guns seized in violent crimes in NY a few years back were traced back to gun shows and were purchased by felons. FACT: I have personally seen people sell guns under the table at shows and the sale was instant, no paperwork was filled out at all, it was a CASH DEAL. You don't seem to understand English? I am saying mentally ill people should not own guns. If you are Bi-Polar, you should not have a weapon.

  • @cromagnan - yet another weak, mindless, and rotting flesh response from the inanimate object hater, Cro-magnon... you just can't stop can you? Seek help, medication, and therapy ASAP!

Hey, I have a new slogan for you, "Destroy the inanimate objects before the destroy you"!

  • @fuzzenaval Well that qualifies as one of the lamest comments of the day. I want people to take gun safety classes, store guns properly so kids don't get hurt and I want sick mental patients to be banned from owning weapons, and that is your response. Ha LOL you are a complete MORON.

  • @cromagnan - I rest my case; Cro-magnon please save us! We need to outlaw all Hatchets, Alcohol, and Fire Ignition systems to save lives! Add them to your list of lifeless objects that snuff us out. Oh, and remember your new slogan, “Destroy the inanimate objects before they destroy you”!

    GO Cro-magnon!

  • @fuzzenaval You never had a case. Grow a BRAIN

  • @cromagnan - again with the inanimate hater chatter from a delinquent mind, my Daddy will beat up your Dad... nah, nah, nah…we hear you, and you’re a scared little mouse... we get it…

  • @fuzzenaval Saying the same thing to me that I said to you will not work. It makes you look completely stupid. Try to think up some original ideas before you make comments. Borrowing from other people makes your comments useless.

  • @cromagnan - I agree with you, I love Ted Nugent, and his guns to! I would vote for Ted, if he would just run for president like you discussed earlier too. Thank you for your support Cro-Magnon with buying all of your guns and supporting the NRA"! Keep that great feedback coming, and we support you and Ted Nugent. Pro Gun, Pro Fun, Go Cro-magnon...

  • That's absolutely correct. More gun restrictions always leads to more violent crime & more innocent victims. I just don't understand how or why anyone would ignore that truth just to preserve a notion they have about guns being the cause of violence. A notion that is time and again proven to be completely untrue.

  • The idiotic ramblings of paranoid right wing religious fools.

  • @demonorse fuck off faggot

  • @Remington700FTW Now, I do not think it is right to insult homosexuals by putting that jackass in the same category as them.

  • @Remington700FTW What an intelligent response! You are obviously a gifted genius!

  • @demonorse i'm atheist btw lol suck on my machine gun

  • @demonorse Just what exactly is paranoid about saying that a person's God given rights are just that, God given rights, not federal government or state government granted privileges?

  • I have lived around the Detroit area all my life, never felt the need to carry a gun. I consider anyone who carries one around the city to be a big pussy. The only place I feel like I need my old 30-30 is when I am hiking around northern Michigan. Why? Because I might run into some jackass like Ted Nugent. We are glad you left Michigan Ted, you are stupid.

  • @demonorse No one ever said that you need to or have to carry a gun or even own one for that matter. If you feel safe then great, but what makes you think that you should be able to tell a 60 year old woman or an 80 year old man or a 5 foot tall 22 year old woman that they have no right to carry a defensive firearm because you yourself feel safe? You really think the elderly and weak should use their fists to save themselves from violent attacks to prove to you that they're not a pussy?

  • @jboritzki Good point, I would never deny protection to people who need it. Not sure when the rules here in Mi relaxed regarding concealed weapons, but I will never forget the photo on the front page of the Detroit Free press. The line of people waiting to apply for a permit was entirely made up of young white males. I am pretty sure each one jumped into a Dodge Ram when they were done. It is an intimidation thing, those fuckers don't need a weapon.

  • @demonorse I don't know what the race of people has to do with anything, but the line of people you seen was of law abiding citizens. You can't get a carry permit if you have a criminal record so that means there is nothing to fear from those permit holders, black, white, or otherwise. I still don't understand what makes someone think they have a right to decide (especially based on looks or their race) what other people can and can't have to defend themselves with.

  • @demonorse Yeah and you are much more likely to be killed in Detriot than in northern Michigan because people like you occupy Detriot. Look up the numbers dude, Detriot has a much higher rate of accidents, violent crime, unemployment, and death than the rest of the country and it is due to retards like you.
