My question is a simple one but also an important one. Can you easily parry repeated attacks with a kanabo? I don't mean how easy is it to stop the kanabo, I am asking how easy it is for the kanabo user to stop attacks coming at him?
Something that heavy and balanced doesn't seem like it would be of much use for defense.
Awesome, good to finally see a vid of one of these in the hands of a trained practitioner. It's impossible to find anyplace that teaches the use of this weapon anymore. Where is your dojo located?

Thanks in advance for answering.
