Have to say, it hasn't dated too badly at all. Strength of melody and a good heavy bass line. But the Dave Wheels I met all those years ago would be a bit gutted to have it just called 'new age' music. Mew age - ism is an excuse for believing in all kinds of highly unlikely bullshit. This was ambient dub at it's finest. Though I always thought the name a tad arrogant, and friends would joke of forming the lower intelligence agency, or even the average. Oscillate, ah, good days. Bonds night club was amazing. My Oscillate membership number was 68. The dance floor at the beginning was full of people rolling up joints and almost everyone was tripping on Purple Penguins or Micro Dots. The vibe was electric and I don't ever remember there being trouble there. Everyone was just so happy.
