@webstertrakz yes, you should cycle creatine, for example 4 weeks on 4 off, 6 weeks on 2 off, etc.., different people do slightly different cycles but thats the general pattern, i do 4-6 weeks on 2-3 off usually myself and take 2.5-5 grams a day while on i dont do a loading phase if you ever hear about that
i dont think you dehydrate when taking it, but your gonna have to get different types of garbage out of your body the more your working out/gaining so i think you should drink more water than usual anyways..

Creatine is not dangerous if you use 8-10 gr daily. You must drink 3.5-5 L water per day when you use creatin and that s it. If you have high blood pressure don t use this stuff.

From what I've read (and heard here), creatine should be taken with a juice to spike insulin. If I take it directly after a workout at the start of a 25-30 min window, is it fine to take a protein shake of protein and water at the end of this window? @KCKcorp No because you body is still growing, such as muscles and other parts of your body. on the Creatine container it recommends 16 because thats when you body hit Puberty and thats when you body starts to grow and you start to become a yound adult, so take it when you are 16-17 so you dont damage you muscles. but thats my Opinon.

A well informed video, great work. Got a question regarding creatine that I'm hoping you could answer for me?
From what I've read (and heard here), creatine should be taken with a juice to spike insulin. If I take it directly after a workout at the start of a 25-30 min window, is it fine to take a protein shake of protein and water at the end of this window? Will the creatine have been absorbed by then, or will the take up of water dilute it and I end up pissing it out?

@Mabimanta yeah dont think so buddy diet consists of mostly brown rice keenwah white rice main carbs with nuts vegtables chicken 3 times a day beef once turkey once vegtables with each 2800-3000 cals a day with 3litres of water. Go research im just one of those rare people that are allergic to it

@christophela Okay, been thinking about taking creatine for a while but the side effects made it "iffy" for me, but say I take creatine for a couple years with the break every 7 weeks or so... When I decide I just want off of it, will my body have problems producing the right levels of creatine? Also, will it begin to cause any liver/kidney/heart problems? Thanks!
