Expensive? - 1.3 Million is a lot for a home in PA, however it is NOT that much in the rest of the country. I seriously doubt that TLC paid for their home considering they make a decent income.
TLC didn't pay for the house. They earn over 75 k each episode. They used money that TLC gave them for the show to purchase the house, but TLC didn't just buy it for them. It's worth 1.1 million.

Why is everyone freaking out about them "not doing another season". Yes they are. They were recently on Emeril filming their 100th episode. They only said that to get people to wait and worry about whether or not there would be a 5th season.

my aunt works at a library and they take pictures for passports for people at the library and kate actually called my aunt when she was working there asking if she could come in and get her passport photo redone.

i put it up because when i took these pictures i liked them, but after the whole fiasco with jon leaving kate i started to not like them as much. why would i send them a cd..my mom lives with me and my grandma took her own pics. no, i didnt put this video up to get attention. i never even dreamed that this video would have so many views and comments. i didnt think so many people would have stuff to say to me about this. do you even speak english?

If you understand me ( I think so because you replay me) it means that I "even speak and write english". Maybe not perfect but I learn it. I am native polish but I can speak and write (and learn still) english, french, czech and basic spain. It is not a subject of this conversation.

Why is everyone freaking out about them "not doing another season". Yes they are. They were recently on Emeril filming their 100th episode. They only said that to get people to wait and worry about whether or not there would be a 5th season.

I guess this is what happens when you sign your kids up for a TV show that's going to dictate what the rest of their lives will be like. Life is good for Jon and Kate. Jon quit his job, they get free trips, free clothes, and a million dollar mansion on 25 acres of PA countryside! That's what exploiting your children gets you, apparently, And who cares if someone put this on Youtube? If J+K don't want their home on Youtube, maybe they shouldn't have signed up for a TV show.

i can post whatever i want on youtube. and no the people that made jon and kate quit were the people that jon cheated with kate on and the people that took pictures of him that are all over the internet. i only took pictures of their house, not them.
i am not going to argue with you about tlc paying for their house because in fact, yes TLC did pay for it. my aunt lives near them, she knows people who have connections, i think she would know better than you. and yes they are getting a divorce.

based on fan experiences, like the gosselins going as far as actually putting up signs outside their old house telling people to stay away, that indeed they don't like people coming over to their house to take pictures.
my comment was not a direct insult to you, it was my way of answering the other person's question (not you!) based on what people have said (with a little added humor. geez you can't take a joke?). take pics all you want, i didn't say you couldn't. it's still a free country.

well i dont actually even live in the same state as them. we visit my cousins in pennsylvania sometimes and my aunt took us to see their house because she lives right near them. we did see jon walking out to garage when she took us to see it though! here is a cool story though:
my aunt works at a library and they take pictures for passports for people at the library and kate actually called my aunt when she was working there asking if she could come in and get her passport photo redone.

Well, I don't know. But if they feel like they shouldn't show the front of their house for what ever reason, then thats what they should do. They will show the front sooner or later....but for now, it doesn't really matter.

They don't show the outside much because it's tv they don't want us to see everything. It makes perfect sense they also wanna keep away creeps like you and me that find their personal information and drive by lol. TV is "magical" things look bigger and it catches our imagination to find more and see more.
