This video is really, really, really good, not as easy as vids about for example Legolas and Aragorn, becouse there are so many scenes with them. But with Eowyn-Faramir only two, and one very short.

It's called "arwen and aragorn theme song" and it was sung by Liv Tyler. I don't believe it is available anywhere, however there have been talks of making extended edition soundtracks at some point to include the extra music featured in the films.

Sorry for my stupidity, but I see there is some kind of actual story going on here. I just wondered if the entire story is before the war or it's also set during and after the war?

It's actually set during the war. The story of them falling in love is supposed to have happened before the war, but their wanting to be together and married is supposed to take place during the war. :)

Ok, in *my* version of the story I have them meeting each other before the war. It isn't unlikely (considering how close Gondor and Rohan are on the map) that they would've met at some time during their lives prior to the war since they had fought together for many years before the war of the ring. So, in this version they met and fell in love before the war and both Denethor and Theoden disagree to the match. (continued in next comment...)

This leads Faramir to go to Rohan and Speak his case. It doesn't work & they decide to run off together with her disguised as a soldier. During this time Faramir is hurt and both are taken to Gondor where Theoden and his army meet up with a devestated Eowyn. Theoden is disappointed in Eowyn and wants her to go back to Rohan, but as soon as Faramir is better he storms Theoden's camp and tells him like it is. (continued...)

They proceed to stay together but he is called off to fight again and eventually he comes back where they are finally together at the Houses of Healing at the end of the video. Does that make a little more sense?

Sadly, I don't know the name of the song. I ripped it straight from the dvd... It's playing during the scenes (on the extended version) where Aragorn is healing Eowyn in the Houses of Healing. If I've heard correctly I believe it's Liv Tyler singing the music and the song may be included on an extended version of the soundtrack if they ever decide to release one. But that's about all I know about it. Hope that helps. :)

I remember when I first watched this video over two years ago while it was nominated at the LotR MVAs. It was the first Lotr Au I had ever seen and I was simply floored! To this day it's still one of my favs and a inspiration for my own Eowyn AU 'Jupiter' :)
