Bounce rate does not mean visitors that are coming again and again to your site. Bounce rate is the percentage of single-page visits or visits in which the person left your site from the entrance (landing) page. High Bounce rate tells you that your page, or site entrance, is not relevant to your visitor. So if the Bounce Rate is high on a page that visitors should spend time on, it means that there is a problem with that page.
