For all the people claiming that this guy's doin' playback, maybe he is. However, it is possible for a person to produse such high notes nearly effortless, just like Vitas, for the very simple reason that he's using Falsetto. When he's singing normally, he actually has a high pitched voice. I'm naturally bass sounding and I can pretty much pull of most of the stuff he does, but not effortlessly. There are other people who use Falsetto. Just search for King Diamond, and you'll see :)

However, since his high pitched moments in opera 2 sound a bit different than in the soundtrack/video version, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.
