An open mind can cause one to actually *think and learn*. I would love a job listening to people present like this (although most look bored/disinterested or preoccupied, sadly). It takes cahones to stand up against those in authority and I applaud them all ! BRAVO !

This is happening in all NATO countries - sometimes daily - I know I am amazed when I see a blue sky for a full day as it's such a rare occasion. I always wonder why - what caused them to allow me a full sun all day? Buggers!

I just started watching this. I hope that the rude clowns who were ignoring the speaker did become more engaged later. Covering your mouth with your hand as you lean toward the next legislator doesn't hide the big smirk, even if we can't know what you're saying while the speaker is speaking. I hope more people get past their initial dismissal of this as meaningless conspiracy theory, and do some investigating on their own.

This is good to see going on, but also bad because of the misinformation such as saying it's chemicals added to jet fuel. These are spray planes, people. It isn't coming from the exhaust! They aren't mixing anything in with jet fuel on commercial flights. And geo-engineering is only part of what is going on.I think the much bigger issue is the destruction of biology while they introduce synthetic biology. Cindy- man-made global warming is a hoax and water vapor is not a harmful greenhouse gas!

@livemusic totally ... yes synthetic biological introduction - there are special planes (some have cloaking) that are all white that spray the aerosol ... its not coming from exhaust.

Sulphur and trimethylaluminium are being sprayed from commercial airliners, in Australia we know what airlines and flights are doing it? @livemusic i heard from a whistleblower on line theres a secret area near the latrine outlet on the planes that holds the chemicals and somehow its loaded on the sly, rigged to release the Chems as the plane flies. pilot and passengers unaware. This would lead to the plane makers and maintenence Crews ..

@livemusic I've been dealing first-hand with the Chemtrail argument. I think the main problem, and thing that needs to be stated first is that, there is no one method, or one group of people at fault. Multiple organizations are spraying, but I will bet, many of them use similar mixing agents. I'd say we should find the companies that create these mixing agents. :) Later friend.

@budgetmoon , that's excellent. But I hope this city council ignores the defaming of the word "chemtrails". The public seems to have been targetted to react negatively to the word. "They" prefer, "geoengineering". Sounds idiotic, but I know their Orwellian double speak reasoing. They like making up new PC names for a travesty they're commiting, like "Healthy Forests Initiative' was in reality clear-cutting old Pacific forests, cutting down acres, then moving over 2 acres & cutting.
