  • I love her voice... so sexy.

  • Alison+Vince= a match made in heaven:)

  • This has all the hallmarks of a Vince Clarke remix, unlike his most recent ones for other bands, but that's just my opinion. I am a huge VC fan, I just think he's dropped some of his signature sounds - which is such a shame. Hope he finds them again and soon! I remember this back in '94 as I had this album. It's just like Yazoo never went away!

  • the best version of this..good old VJM

  • Steve Rocket and Johnny Nitrate are obviously monnikers, since they appeared nowhere else. The overall sound of the single version is totally PSB and some elements also hint at a PSB production. Similar trumpet sounds are in their own single "I wouldn't normally do this kind of thing", similar reverb effects as in their extended mix are in the PSB extented mix of their own single Paninaro '95; the first PSB extended mix after their work for Alison Moyet...

  • @stefanboy78 I don't think PSB would have kept such a low-profile if they had collaborated with a classic female singer like Alison Moyet. Neil's always pursued every possibility to heighten PSB's exposure on the press. I do believe the single mix has something to do with PSB's remixers. Considering single version of "I wouldn't normally do this kind of thing" was remixed by Beatmasters, it might be their work.

  • I meant the "single version" of the song, which is obviously a Pet Shop Boys production, using cameo names.

  • you meanJohnny Nitrate and Steve Rocket. Isn't it just a rumour?

  • Nice, but I prefer the Pet Shop Boys remix

  • the imaginary one?
