i went there years ago, but sadly i missed bette...they did have tapes of her and liza that you could watch in a little room if i remember correctly

I went there in 95, my friend enrolled in AMDA the school that's on the ground floor. The building is beautiful... but the tour didn't go to the basement, and they only said it had been a bathhouse, not The Continental Baths, so wasn't till a few years later when I first saw this clip that I realized it. *sigh* wish I'd known, I would have taken better photos. One day I'll get back to NYC...
