Jesus... this is why i set a password on my computer, like, i know my dad isn't nearly paranoid enough to spy on my computer like these creeps on tv tell people to, but you never know.. to any person of any age with parents who know how to use a computer, change the security settings (if you haven't already) on your facebook/myspace profile to make sure this never happens to you, also, password lock your computer.
