If you want good quality, I usually save my videos to wmv and then I go to custom options and I put on the video rendering quality "best" then on the video options I put quality 100% frame rate 30,00, and image size DVD quality(640X480). Hope help you.

But youtube sucks in term of quality, Even though you have a video with high quality when you put here allways lost some quality.

The quality in videos decreases if you keep finalising and then putting it back on WMM.

I don't know whether you did that.
