By any chance could you tell me where you guys camped at me and a couple of buddies are thinking about heading out there for the first time maybe for a weekend were from the San Bernardino area just trying to find out what the best spots are out there
@702dirtrider This is near Soggy Dry Lake. We camp at the "Rockpile", which is a mile or 2 away from the actual dry lake bed. I'll send you a message showing how to get there from San Bernardino.
hey thanks. it's not even a helmet cam, it's just a Kodak Z1085 IS, a point and shoot. it costs around $200, maybe less now, and i put it on the helmet with a mini bendy tripod. i just bent the legs around the front of the helmet and wah, lah, helmet cam. i would make a video showing it, but the puppy broke the tripod lol. so now i just drilled a screw through the top of my helmet and screw on the camera.
it was. we had better rides, this was the last one, more of a kiddy ride by the camp. all the other rides were too long for the batteries on my camera, and i forgot to charge them i was having so much fun.

Going to slow in the soft stuff sucks on a bike. Looks like you were all having fun though.
