For some reason my favorite part that gives me goosebumps is starting around the 4:30 or 4:32 mark, where it starts to transition to his Wizards era. I don't know musical terminology, but the way the music starts winding up there. I remember it was bittersweet watching MJ on the Wiz, I hated that he had to come back, but looking back on it 6 years later, unfortunately it's only now I can truly appreciate what he did at that age.
