did you use cw cheats to get your armor and weapon or did you just get it the hard way

guys. although he is using evade +1. he still has skill. the only reason he is using evade +1 is so that he can avoid larger hitboxes for more openings, and thus a faster kill.

no you dont, theres a skill Evade which helps avoid almost all attacks but

hes just timing it right and going under his leg,

its not a skill, its his skill xD

Any Advice to a guy that uses full rathian and a Bladed Edge to kill this guy for the 2* HR Urgent

You Can use traps to make it faster for you, just dont rush in and attack, wait for opening, after he does that leap towards you run the opposite way he leaps and he should turn and leap again then pause and you can pull of f some combos, after you get some hits roll and put your swords away so you can dodge the run if your not so hot at that, also use power or mega juice, with duals it helps.
