  • @magisana If you check my other channel I have a video on diet and love handles and the thunder thighs routine I posted there is SOLID for reducing hip fat- have you checked them out?

  • your vids are gr8. which one do u recommend doing ,how to build shapely thighs or drop dead legs workout? i hv just begun your DINT so dunno how to add the keg ones and where?? need to get rid of the last 6-8 pounds on my pear body

  • @ketaneha great question. Essentially if doing DINT, you'd ADD one of those work outs if you want PER 4 week block. So Thunder Thighs Weeks 1-4 and This Weeks 5-8. So this is in addition. Get ready for some kickass results!

  • @bcb243 Hey you've been posting on all my vids. I hear you :). Understand this. 1. You are 13, your body is still forming 2. There isn't one exercise that does EVERYTHING (there are no short cuts). 3. Smart eating and smart training will equal a great body. First thing is to sink your nutrition I`d expect. Get my free female program on my channel to see what I mean :) The truth is if you stick to it you will get results!
