Don't know exactly what it was when i made this video but i don't think it's ever been below 150ms, or even 160ms. Today it's 200.. yuck. No idea why it would seem like less than 150ms in this video tho.

Largely because in all the instances of 150ms I've seen previously (on numerous machines and from numerous locations), the delay hasn't been anything close to this small.

*sigh* Oh well. I know there's nothing else you can tell me so I'll just have to chalk it down to horribly bizarre netcode ¬_¬
