  • i thought a wrecker would be needed

  • what type of gun is on the stuck humvee?

  • @rage10rules looks to me like a .50 cal M2

  • haha! a TOW truck used as a "tow truck"

  • need a winch.

  • This has got to be down in Ft Stewart.

  • Hmm..... I think I will adress you as...... corporal. Yes..... sounds good.

  • the humvee was not designed to carrie all the weight of the armor.i wonder what upgrades where made to the suspension and drivetrain?

  • wow that is some good team work there.

for anyone who says otherwise, these are the best trucks out there. they weigh 10,000 pounds without armor, weapons, amo, etc. so that plus soft clay/mud.... you will sink in.

  • those things are so dam heavy but good team work

  • yep good ol infantry get it stuck and spend all day figuring out how to get it UNSTUCK

  • Is that Hunter-Liggett? Whenever I see that clay I have a serious FML moment.

  • lmfao nice Humvees and damn that clay must of been thick where is this nice vid

  • Ok, now try it again !

  • Of course the army would get stuck.

  • man that would way so much haha with the gunner box on it too

  • To many know it alls.......Heres my "PROFESSIONAL" opinion......it was stuck and now it's unstuck...........cool vid thanx for dah post

  • to china ghost52.... that vehicle is a hevily up armored hmmwv and got stuck in soft thick red clay..... no matter what tires it had on it.... it still would have gotten stuck

  • @warhog2010 unless they were like some 44s or somthing then you could get thru sum shit

  • @warhog2010 What if it had 66" tractor tires

  • @warhog2010 i agree thats alot of weight sittin on that vehical

  • i bet there captian or sharg would be proud lol

  • Did that exact same thing with my P/U riding the powerlines. Took two tow trucks to get her out.

  • to many sgts yelling vfunny thing is half of them never been in this situation

  • They should have had there CTIS at its lowest possible setting so the ground pressure is lower.

  • 90% of the up armourd humveeS dont come with CTIS

  • neither one of the hmmwv's are in low. that high gear or high lock dont do shit for power.

  • not true, in low ur tires will just spin, low gear is if u want to climb a big hill or i use it sometimes going down hill to brake with engine, i even tried to get out of mud in low and it doesent do good rpm goes to red too soon and tires just spin. like i said low gear is mostly used just to climb

  • these vehicles are diesel and sound like that weather in low or not. i love all you professionals out there that always know what you are talking about

  • first of all as an 11B ive spent plenty of time around 1114's and 1151's. had em buried worse than this also. if you put the transfer case in LO lock, its lowers the gearing allowing the rpms to reach higher range on the 5.9L turbo diesel thats in this vehicle. thus spooling the turbo and allowing more wheel spin. how about you stand at parade rest next time you address me as the porfessional. OIF 04-05 06-07 08-09! 8yrs TIS. Veni Vidi Vici. Which you probably dont know what that means!

  • @DCSD1417 it's a 6.5 litre turbo in the 1151 and 1114

  • oh and another thing. we got rid of these pieces of shit and roll the RG33L's now

  • ok profesional i am as well an 11b in an anti armor company...... and know how these vehicles operate. the only thing i want to know is how you can tell some one how to do something when you wernt there and dont know the whole situation. and you will adress me as sergeant when you talk to me

  • @warhog2010 Did you really just pull rank on youtube?

  • @warhog2010 Beep beep. I'ma jeep.

  • @warhog2010 both are in high or high lock and should have been in low transfer. it's not the sound of them that tells you what range the transfer is in, it's the speed they are going! too many soldiers in what is called the dead zone, it's called that for a reason by the way

  • @DCSD1417 disagree, high range is best in mud/clay

  • yeah, if the armed forces issued bf goodrich at kao's or mt kao's there is no way that their vehicles would be able to get stuck so easily, i think that they are just going to save money, and not their soldiers lives... like the interceptor plate vest vs dragonskin.... and yeah, a m113 is amazing...

  • Hey the breakbox is fine. It does what it's supposed to and well... I'm just saying not everyone can be mechanized Infantry and I prefer the HMMWV... And I've seen Abrams get stuck so don't say it can't happen. I've also seen an HEMTT have to get a sling load ride from a chinook it got stuck so bad... Anything can get stuck by poor operators...

  • There are 15,000 sitting in warehouses not being used cause no one wants to ride around in a breadbox.. haha I'll take my 114 any day... lol you just have to know how to drive the damn thing and you'll be just fine.

  • Do you know of a place that is selling Used base-model HMMWV's? Im really intrigued to get one.

  • I don't see my earlier response so I'll write it again. You can't buy Military HMMWV because the are not DOT approved being that they don't meet safety specifications. There are a few out there that snuck out but plan on paying out some cash to get one. The military has to crush or destroy theirs when they are done with them. You can buy a civilian H1 anywhere, which the only real difference is they have the safety features such as a padded dash but again they cost, even used.

  • that had to suck bad lol

  • 4500kg stuck into a shit = problem if not have a good towing car :D
