Good reading of the waltz, but I tyhink too many people have attributed it to you. Perhaps, you should have written somewhere, anywhere that this is not by you. It's by Alan Moore from the book "V for Vendetta". And it's not a poem, it's a song complete with music in the book. It's been recorded by David Jay.
I thought I had attributed the structure to him somewhere, apparently I did not. I did write this one, but yeah the structure is entirely the same. Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
No problem. Hearing it your version again, I realize you did change the words. It's not plagarism (as I had WRONGLY feared), it's an adaptation or- if you want to sound high fallutin'- "an homage". Good job.
Actually, I just read V and these lyrics obviously appear nowhere, unless this is from the movie. The Vicious Cabaret has very different lyrics.
This, I like it, it's fitting and well done. It should fit the 1984 Vicious Cabaret tune.

Pretty damn great. I'd suggest putting it to the music though. Then it would be excellent

I'd keep with with human voice; computer would lose the cadence, which rings it deep into the ears.
Very well done, anonypoet. Nice to have a taste of This Whole Thing that puts across more feel than fact. I'll be slipping this into a few mailboxes.
