I believe in some sterilization in some cases. My neighbor's child was born with a mental problem. Her parents chose to have her sterlized at 12 years old. This girl now is 47 years old, calls me on occasion. She is very SLOW, and has bad health problems. She lives in a community of people with the same problem.
