We do a move like that except instead of spinning the pole in the beginning it front we spin it behind our backs and then pull it in front and toss it but you use your hands the same way (: I'm so happy though because I finally got two spins on it XD

We call these a "Giant Toss". I only do one flip down before it gets tossed. Very nice though :)

this is similar to the parachute toss! excpet this one starts in like the second step of the parachute.

Thats a crank toss but good job! Usually consisting 2 slow cranks in the back and 3 fast in the front to get a good toss

My colorguard did this toss a few times in shows. We called them YoYo's too, except we only did them with one hand and they went a bit higher than this one. Hard to do for us short folks (I'm just about 5 feet myself), but do-able.

wow our color guard just learned how to do something like this, but u swing it behind your back first, bring it in front, switch your hands and then toss! it took forever to learn but its sooo cool!

We do those on my guard. Except we do one in back, one in front then we turn and do it in front of us then turn again and do one more then toss. It looks really cool. And the harder you do it the moe air you catch. But We dont try to do it in the wind.

Oh gawd that was one of the first tosses our team learned in unison. It was a beast for us all to toss and catch at the same time. We call those "cranks" at the beginning. You need to learn to do it with one crank...not three or four. Then it's super cool. Anyway, we call that toss a "giant." 2 and a half spins in the air usually. Nice job ;]

Nice, our guard calls that a crank toss... It's amazing how many different names there are for everything... I love doing cranks, I can toss it higher than anyone in our guard, and I'm in the drumline :)

on my colorgaurd we call them hail marys and we do them the way shown in the video and from the top of the silk ! in our show this year we did one from the top of the silk they are really fun to do and all of us know how to do one..but it wasnt that hard to teach 16 people how to do it and our free hands are good for the song that we do it too
