Also, still today it does the job of playing music from a PC.

  • @Vietwhiteboy yeah but you can do that on a car anyway

  • @baby1234crazydude Check my channel I'm kinda a handy-man of sorts with car mods and a Mechanical Engineer so I know some what about circuits. Back to the Car-PC, The only thing that is out of date in this video is the use of SSD drives.

  • can car pc's access wifi.

  • how much totall cost for all these parts ?

  • @Aqrab1 $341.00

  • nice work...but I would prefer a little better cable management and I would give some more importance on the hdd(maybe ssd or a scorpio black), the memory(maybe HyperX) and of coure a low profile video card for better performance.

  • @GTAinHDgamer its mostly for music and such nothing in need of a video card and id use a 2 or 3 ssd in a raid 0 format pricey but worth it

  • where would u put it and how would u use it

  • nicely explained.

  • hi could u give me a list of everything you used in this install thanks

  • guesstimation of the price of these items combined?

  • This was a great series of videos on building the carputer. It would be great to see a follow on series with an actual installation into a vehicle using the white/red/black power connections as well as however the audio outputs get routed to the speakers (via a headunit or external amplifier).

  • Hi prncekhan,

This computer has three wires out of the back of the unit. The red connects directly to the battery's positive terminal (with a fuse as close to the battery as possible). The white wire connects to a switched power source in your car (one that is on when your car is on) and the ground needs to be grounded to bare metal on your chassis. Does this answer your question?

  • @mp3carcom how do you wire the lcd touch screen what os most likely some Linux distro but whats going to look good and have easy navigation

  • @mp3carcom Hi, what would be a good switched wire to use? Thanks!

  • thank you very much..!!! what is the next step? wat to do with the power cable ? is der anything to connect..plz upload that video please........
