awesome! i had a similar idea, i just completed my build today (rapman 3.1) and i was disappointed that i could not solve the 'click' of the Z-axis belt gear ... i tried a few things and i figured something was out of allignment ... but now after seeing your video i see its normal and i see a great solution! could i beg you for the replacement gear part .stl file ? :) id love to upgrade mine! :))
