Make an event and go to the command "change party"

And do add member(the character).

its stupid how the programmers force us to do complicated tricks like this isntead of just putting in a party change system IN the program...

If they spent more time coding all these user-created codes and adding them into the game engine, not only would that alter the face value of the program, but it would also delay the development, release, and perhaps translations of the game.

do you know anything about variables?

It's not really hard.

make a variable called party number

and put the maximum number of party members you can have.

then when you want to add someone add a number to the variable.

i think it's like this.

that's part of it. you have to make variables for the cursor, and set a couple variables to a certain number. also, you have to have them in a certain order and if you aren't very organized, it will confuse you ALOT.
