Revelation 12:11 "And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony..." I firmly believe that everytime that you share your testimony no matter how painful, difficult, humbling, awkward, embarassing it may be there is another level of freedom that is gained, less power the enemy has, less shame you have because you are no longer what you were because you were brought by Christ's blood and renewed in Him.
@godzchyld08 also be sure to seek God first as to when and with whom and how much you share though. But there's freedom in shining light on those dark places! We are children of light so we shouldn't be operating in darkness. We never know how our testimony will impact others! Be encouraged.

Your testimony is not your own, unless you lie when you're on the witness stand and get caught at it! Betcha the judge will make you own up to it - hee, hee.
