honestly no one gives her enough credit and taking her off the judging panel was a huge mistake on american idol's part. she was the only judge that actually deliberately made sense when she judged and her advice was spot on every single time. she would know since she wrote half of the hits that you hear on the radio.
you know how Kara can easily imitate other artists? here she sounds similar to Kelly, and she can also do the voices of P!nk and other talented people.

Kara is like one of the best song writers I know! If you don't count all like Queen, Beatles guys, she has written soo many awesome songs!!! I adore her and she's my songwriter idol!
it pays well be a writter/producer. You don't have to tour, keep up appearances, and promote all the time and you still keep getting in those royalty checks.
There's lots of incredible pop writers out there who do have serious performing talent; such as Carole King and David Foster. Kara is fortunate enough to have it in the looks department as well, so I would not too surprised if she does come with a record after being famous on American Idol.

So I went to info and saw that SHE had WRITTEN THEM ! And I fell in love with her work and downloaded her songs that she had sung because I love her voice and now I have 6 songs in iTunes that she sings, and i listen to them when I go to sleep :] LOVE YOU KARA !

@Imkeepinon yes she actually was :) If you go and look through artists' lyric books her name pops up often. I think you'd be surprised to see how many people she's written with and how many hits she has. She's been a huge inspiration to me for a few years now <3

And in the middle of a live performance she is always planning note-for-note what she will do next and she nails it. She does not know her limit and she goes over it and still sounds amazing.

Apparently they've got a self-titled record coming out in the future. As to when, its still in "TBA" status.

Paula is corny, so 30 years ago! Paula is so into getting herself exposed, its so obvious no one paid attention to her before Idol and now Paula wants Idol to make her famous...Paula's old fashioned and boring! Her style is like 20 years ago! and her comments on Idol are so annoying! Paula always tries to comment so much so that the camera stays on her longer, the others do not do that, they are not as needy...

Kara could have chosen not to degrade Katrina. Katrina is obviously a naive girl with no exposure & experience, but nooo Kara had to compete...That was lame if they scripted it, Kara could have done the generous thing & helped Katrina sing, instead of compete with her...Kara is 17 years older then Katrina? It would have been classier if Kara helped Katrina with a duet instead...The whole thing was embarrassing to watch a grown women do that to a kid! I'm sorry, I found it tasteless & cheesy...

Ok, that's your opinion about it, nobody really cares about it, because this video = for Kara fans. It's a bit pathetic that you type up the same useless feedback on every Kara Video you can find. You shoundn't take it seriously, if Kara really wanted to hurt her, she'd just knuckle her in the mouth, it was a duet, it wasn't supposed to be a threat, just for the fans. Lol, acting like a kid. Shes so awesome, I would much rather hear her singing her own songs than having her pimp them out to all these other artists that cant write there own stuff. She can write, shes beautiful, and she can sing. I dont see why she doesnt get more exposure!!

It was perfect when Kara showed up bikini girl last night! It helped people who had never heard her sing get a little taste of what a huge talent she is. And it showed how really stupid and untalented bikini girl was. That girl looked like a huge fool! It was great.
