The black costume to very right is from Manga Ultra Maniac, character is Mina Sakura. Maid costume is Kafra from RO, pink is from Rozen Maiden. They are cosplay =] it doesn't mean we are disobeying rules of cosplay just b/c we give it a title Lolita. make sure u do some research b4 commenting next time.
