my horse is misbehaving, acting up, or if she was stung. While I understand the negative feelings from this class, as equestrians we must remember that horses are very unpredictable and dangerous animals, and that we perform in a dangerous and unpredictable sport. Also this is a video of Rose's performance and her progression, not a chance to dish it out over the internet. :D Good luck to all and happy trails :D
so i would like everyone to know that i do know how to handle my horse, i am not incompetent. Bella was stung when in the class, we know this because there was a HUGE welt on the underside of her stomach when checked her over after the class. We showed her in the same class in 2009 and she was calm as a cucumber, as she was before the last 5 minutes of the class when she was stung. I understand that there is a lot of hard feelings due to the child behind me, but I know my horse, and I know when
I was there with my Bella-Boo! She was the one who in Mares In Hand something stung her so she went bizerk, but we won the class anyways! AH! Congrats on your ribbons!
Yeah...I remember that. My daughter was second in that class and your horse almost kicked her. I'm sure she is normally a great horse, but I think when she did that, you should have been disqualified from that class. It was a really dangerous situation. Especially with my 9 year old daughter standing directly behind you. Pretty horse though...Just my 2 cents worth...hopefully you won't be offended!
There is no way that your daughter and her could of been in the same class (for Snowy to kick) because these clips were from a Senior class, and if your daughter is only nine..then they wouldn't be in the same class. (just pointing things out) Buy i'm glad that your daughter was OK, and good job about her getting 2nd in a state show. (:
I wasn't talking about snowy. I was talking about the horse Bella Boo or whatever. My daughter was 2nd in Hunter type mares. The one where the horse went stupid and nearly killed everyone around her. And I know the difference in Juniors and Seniors.
ohhh, ok i got it. i thought you were talking about palmettosnowshoes's horse b/c when you said YOU and then you didn't reply to HER comment, it confused me all up. i know now, that you were talking about
saint925's horse. sorry, for the confusion..and hope you don't think im some kinda freak on youtube. lol . (:
