Dude, this is a great machine. We have 4 at work and they handle anything we throw at them.
Now, you say that they can run 192GB of registered memory, but let me break it down re costing.
Even as a IT supplier, 192GB of ram, at $350 each stick (needs 24) equals to a total of just over $8,000 in MEMORY!!
Including the machine, your looking at $13,000+.....
We've got 32GB in ours, and they've never missed a beat; all running Win7 Professional 64BIT.
