Lawsuits won't work. The banks own the federal courts. Only states can fight the federal corruption by nullifying unconstitutional federal laws, and replacing the Federal Reserve Note with a gold standard. I've been studying the Fed for years and still don't know how to attack it directly. It's tucked under a mountain of legislation. The RICO laws seem like a good avenue but they try to pawn the fed as public because the chairman is supposedly picked by the people through the president. This idea of a class action suit is totally useless. They've been sued before - they own the judges. Suing them is only playing into their game designed by them. You lose every time by design. The only way to ever be free is to systematically begin assassinating the Fed Reserve banking members. They don't fear us because they know they're out of our reach legally. Once some members start getting assassinated they might begin to wake-up themselves. The peasants have to overthrow their lords.

Lawsuits won't work. The banks own the federal courts. Only states can fight the federal corruption by nullifying unconstitutional federal laws, and replacing the Federal Reserve Note with a gold standard. I've been studying the Fed for years and still don't know how to attack it directly. It's tucked under a mountain of legislation. The RICO laws seem like a good avenue but they try to pawn the fed as public because the chairman is supposedly picked by the people through the president. We all know the fed is owned by private bankers but being that they have public positions makes it tricky. RICO only works for fully private institutions I believe. There is almost no way to fight the fed unless you grind it to a halt, and the people in charge make to much money to let that happen they will kill or discredit anyone who tries to stop them. the only way to change this country is to have lobbying and campaign finance reform, and make all of our representatives pay for voting for the interest of the few instead of the interest of the many. They are elected by the populace and should be subject to its wrath when the screw us over.

You cannot use state violence to stop state violence. The police violates your rights constantly by enforcing these laws and what are the chances of you winning a case against law enforcement? Now, what are your chances of winning a case against the largest criminal enterprise to ever exist (who probably bought the judges)? Stop using dollars, work on the gray market, barter, use your head, but please don't waste your valuable time and energy on a empty, irrational, and frivolous lawsuit.

That would work if an online database (like a Facebook account) were created that was accurate and continuously updated (regarding who, what and where) by a mass of people that bought into the idea. Let their lives be absolutely fucking miserable every time they step outside.
