Hey if you make food from scratch using natural ingredients not loaded with sugar, and who know what other additives in processed food you might be able to lose weight. You can also count calories but doesn't take much from some processed food to put you over a peice of pie can be 390 calories and peice of pizza at over 300 calories, and who eats just one peice at a meal? Doesn't take long to go over your meals allowance. Also good to exercise don't spend all day in front of tv okay.

thank You, Kevin!! i follow your advices and i m a healthy person now...i feel better then when i was 23. i m 33 right now. i m not american, but i like to learn from the experts like you. you know what you are saying and it works when we DO IT IN OUR LIFES. you should be a the president of this nation...WAKE UP AMERICA!! there is not goverment any more in here. they are not for you, they are for the big corpo.
