Its way overhyped. but it really is good. I wouldn't go so far to say amazing. but its a good watch and the best movie of the summer (until inglorious basterds if you consider that a summer movie) Star treks a better action movie, but this is a much better movie in general.
It was okay, I liked how the lead was a total coward.
The setting was interesting too.

yeah I loved District 9 and the killer ending.
the gore and blood splattered all around the movie was pretty sick.
