GameFAQs said that Goofy is a bad racer in every respect and should be avoided (the same goes with Black Pete). He is slow to get going from the startling line and has bad handling. Plus, his speed isn't much different from the rest.

True, he's still good to use for the early races in the the game but he's a bitch to use on the final races.

@disneyfan85 Another thing your right about is his topspeed, his topspeed should be a lot higher than normal.
