This is the way matt bellamy plays it. It starts on the d string 8th fret rather than the other way most people do it. You can find the tabs online like ultimate guitar or something.

Sure, firstly make sure you are doing alternate picking (ie down up down up etc not just down down down, try and make as much of the movement for this as possible to come from your wrist) and really relax both your hands.

When you are practicing it practice very slowly at first keeping in mind the things I mentioned above, break down the riff into small 4 note chunks and tackle them individually before attempting to put it all together.
