Well, I taught myself by trial and error with tennis balls in a basement with a concrete floor - crazy because they bounced all over the place every time I dropped them.
Cube-shaped juggling bean bags might be easier.
Most people end up throwing farther and farther away from themselves - might help to juggle standing facing a wall.
Start with 2 balls, alternating which hand throws first, until you can make a catch and return throw (exchange) with each hand.
hmmm... *side glance*

I have someone who can teach you how to properly kick a ball Dr. Blundell. In exchange, I would like you to teach me how to juggle. ;)

There's a good step by step book called "Juggling for the Complete Klutz" by Cassidy, Rimbeaux, and Waller.

Feel free to cut out the 3 second spinning QtheC logo tacked onto the end when you make the DVD version!

Good luck! Is it V8+ ?

Yes, "V8 Positive" (the audio is especially poor because there was a crazy amount of wind hitting Dr. Blundell in the back)
