Hi, i have started to meditate my Brow chakra ( Third eye) and when i start to meditate and breathe in and out slowly, i feel like energy and heat is coming center of my forehead and i start see small very bright visions on my vision, should i keep it that way? Thanks!

This was great. When she asked me to see myself astrial self I saw a white almost golden light with hardly any form approach me. Before she asked me to greet myself I was already reaching out my hand and when we touched I almost cried. Can't believe it had that profound of an affect on me.

Okay so i have a very bad problem with out of body experiences/astral projections, when i get sleep paralysis (i get it 1 or 2 times a week) its hard to get out of my body because the demons are around me and im scared to leave, but when i do get out, i go through the vibrational stage and everything, i feel like im out of my body but i cant see anything. No matter how hard i try i cant see. Can some one help me? Thanks :)
@xfireball929x your comment helped me out with some experiences i had. i get sleep paralysis 2 but for the first time recently i was able to go into that state of vibrations into the crossover but i was to scared to go in but we must realize that for everything great in this world there are always guardians protecting it so if we can surpass the frightened state of mind might achieve something greater when your in the cross over and cant see anything try to do many other things and experiment..

why isnt it working im trying and trying 3 days now. i cant concentrate all the noise out side in my house. i feel a buzziness felling in my forehead and lot of emotions for instant crying but i cant keep my eyes shut they go open after a while any suggestions?
@CertifiedFPSsniper yeah, calm down and just relax. let it be, there is no rush, just BE. Also, try using a blindfold, or something to cover your eyes. Maybe some relaxing music, anti stress, there is plenty of meditation music out there to buy...good luck!

I found it strange and beautiful that even though my eyes where closed, when I looked to my left, before asked if I saw that I wasn't alone, I could see someone... and when looking to the right, I saw light before asked if I saw light. I cried almost the entire time as I felt physically growing warmer and closer to everything.

Awakening your third eye will make you much more intuitional, for instance I now have a very different and very philosophical perspective on life. This was great. When she asked me to see myself astrial self I saw a white almost golden light with hardly any form approach me. Before she asked me to greet myself I was already reaching out my hand and when we touched I almost cried. Can't believe it had that profound of an affect on me.

@ciarhanrj you have the freedom of choice. the opening of the 7 chakras can become your God if you want it. once they are opened you will know they are open. if you have to wonder, well i got a tingly feeling, you did not open anything. the opening of the crown chakra feels like a continuous orgasm inside your brain, and the third eye feeling is similar. the chakra system is just a deception. true wisdom is found in hating sin. true love is found in Jesus. Okay so i have a very bad problem with out of body experiences/astral projections, when i get sleep paralysis (i get it 1 or 2 times a week) its hard to get out of my body because the demons are around me and im scared to leave, but when i do get out, i go through the vibrational stage and everything, i feel like im out of my body but i cant see anything. No matter how hard i try i cant see. Can some one help me? Thanks :)

I found it strange and beautiful that even though my eyes where closed, when I looked to my left, before asked if I saw that I wasn't alone, I could see someone... and when looking to the right, I saw light before asked if I saw light. It is difficult at first, but it gets easier. You must let your mind go. Then kind of let your eyes roll back in your head. You're first looking at what's behind your eyes(or so it seems.) You might see darkness at first, but if you've left your mind, then you should be seeing waves of colors, some appear to be opening up or closing, almost like a smooth kaleidescope. The colors may be dark at first, but focus on the waves and they will brighten, eventually you will see bright orbs.Relax nomind

@Clown32100 One does not literally open his or her third eye to physically see out of. Awakening your third eye will make you much more intuitional, for instance I now have a very different and very philosophical perspective on life. I also have dreams that seem to come true, an example of an intuitional power. The third eye opens your eyes to see the world in a whole new way, metaphorically speaking of course.
