  • That would be good target practice

  • Daft twats! If I were the owner or pilot of that plane I would have moved it and took off with them on there!

  • Aircraft Rudders are fragile things. you could have put people at risk here. plus you could have been shot. you are all idiots now go back to your treehouses

  • are you people really that mental? pilot should have moved the rudder and thrown that person off the plane.

  • Comment removed

  • greenpeace sucks

  • Haven't even fuel efficient aircraft's such as the Boeing 787 or a380, more and more airlines are purchasing newer, greener aircraft's , so their shouldn't a problem.

  • Who forgot to bring Gaffa tape

  • Fantastic news - climate-wrecking plans for a third runway at Heathrow airport have been axed!

The new Cameron/Clegg government has confirmed that it will not only scrap the third runway at Heathrow, but also refuse additional runways at Gatwick and Stansted. So all our campaigning has finally won out - and a huge thank you is due to everyone who's written to their MP or taken part in one of the many protests demanding that the plan be shelved.

    We won!

  • @GreenpeaceUK, Dammit, heathrow really needs a third runway, whenever I go on flight from Heathrow, the aircraft always get in a long queue of 30 or 40 aircrafts which really annoys me.

  • @zeesham13 We oppose airport expansion because aviation is the fastest growing source of climate change gases. David Cameron's government agreed with our analysis and cancelled all airport expansion in the south west of England. Find out more at greenpeace (dot) org (dot) uk (slash) aviation.

  • three words:

    complete bloody idiots

what did they think they would achieve apart from getting locked up?

  • @NetworkFail If they thought that they could publicise the contradiction between reducung our CO2 output and Labour's plans to massively expand short-haul flights at up to 20 airports around the UK, they were right. The recent Judicial Review has set plans for a 3rd runway at Heatrow right back to square one, ands if the Tories get in they're going to cancel the project anyway.

So here's to getting of your ass and protesting - it can actually work!

  • the airport has to expand there bwill be no room for more planes that will come in the future and there will be a higher chance of an accident

  • Oh wow, what? That's frickin amazing. Heathrow security is armed with SMGs, rifles, and tasers. These people are damn lucky they weren't mistaken for a terrorist threat and shot down, or at the very least, tased.

  • the thing that amazes me with these greempeace protesters, is they somehow always manage to get through security! how do they do it? lol

  • Jesus , you guys haven't been shot yet?

  • Oh ikettles, you are a joy! Only 18 months late with your witty rejoinder (given that this vid was posted in Feb 08)? If only your brain worked a few months faster you could be a top stand-up - assuming you had anything relevant or interesting to say...

  • some idiots which need notice... the produce nothing with that

  • please !!! come on let them falllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll

  • idiots

  • Earth is clearly screwed if we don't have revolutionary change worldwide soon. We'd basically have to completely stop using fossil fuels in 10 years to survive the next 200 years. And, here are the most devoted fighters for that change impeding it by just making nuisances of themselves. Why don't you do something rational for a change? Obviously your current strategy is a complete failure. Stop spending money on boats, costumes and bail postings. Fund constructive, relevant research instead.

  • yeah although the Greenpeace message is positive, they often alienate themselves and are generally laughed at by the mainstream. Not a good way to FIGHT the mainstream by alienating yourself from it...oh well. There's a reason these guys have an uphill battle I guess...

  • First they ignore you, then they ridicule you, then they end up agreeing with you and telling you they thought of it themselves first - isn';t that how it goes (or words to that effect)?

The fact that we are even having a debate about this is because of groups like Greenpeace and actions like this one. And this is a debate we desperately need to have - and let's face it nothing ever changes unless people care enough to start making a nuicance of themselves.

  • not true

  • what if you stay on an island and need short haul flights? the plane stupid stunt at aberdeen delayed at least 2 hospital flights, one carrying a pediatric team for an ill infant.

Also the disruption to choppers flying offshore ,delays means a difference in the weather they have to land in, as in the chopper that crashed in fog last week with 19 men onboard. mostly students at aberdeen with obviously not a lot else to do

  • well maybe those ppl u mentioned.. would die .. then there would be x amount of humans no longer on this planet potentially aiding in the fight against pollution and what not .. i say greenpeace are doin it all wrong.. if we want to save the planet .. we need to completely wipe out the human race. WHOS WITH ME ! i promise if u join my fight .. there will be no banners and white paint involved

  • Get help, friend, while there's still time...

  • i meant stansted*

  • Destruction of private property. Any idea the repair costs for all the dents your feet put into the skin of a plane?. Climb up on one of my planes... See what happens, I'll shove you off, burn your stupid flag, and piss on you while you struggle to get back to your feet.

  • Wow, you have planes as well! And you sound like a real poet: "the skin of a plane..." you almost made me cry for the plane feelings there... what a literature genius... I imagine you on your tower, overlooking yor planes, boats and house/s, ready to shoot any hippies who dare to trespass... Can you not afford someone to shoot the hippies for you? It must be tiring to be holding your loaded gun, waiting for the evil Greenpeace hippies to show up...

  • You nailed it, damn you must be watching me, Up in my tower, waiting for you and your friends to attempt to climb up on one of my planes. Better do it soon!!!, this shot gun, well it is getting heavy. ............... I have better shit to do than sit and watch for you, waiting, with this heavy gun. I'll have one of my evil republican minions keep an eye for you while I go take care of my business.

  • Get over it.....

  • Airport expansions = C02 is not causing the planet to warm. You loose greenpeace!

  • Want to help bring the government's plans for a 3rd runway at Heathrow to a grinding halt? We've bought a piece of land slap bang in the middle of the proposed 3rd runway site. We're not going to let the runway get built and we need your help. Sign up to get your piece of the plot and updates about the campaign to stop airport expansion at greenpeace(dot)org (dot)uk(forward slash)airplot.

  • @GreenpeaceUK, So what if there is a third runway built. Haven't you seen Chicago O'hare airport and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, they have more than 3 runways and more aircraft's movements than Heathrow.

  • @GreenpeaceUK Why does Greenpeace have a WWII airplane, wich contaminates a lot, AND complains about airplane traffic? Seriously.

  • you could see a plane taking of on the background :)

  • What a total prick!

  • Yep, I agree, I'd have watched THAT video over and over again! Personally, I'm looking forward to attending the opening of the third runway in 2015!

  • haha so immature the truth is People like u r killing the world not us! Yea i know truth hurtz! live with it!

  • ah, the psychotic laughter of someone with a mental age of 8 - what a delightful sound...

  • Sounds like your sexually fustraited my good man xxx you need to get laid xxx

  • if i was the pilot in that plane i would have swung the tail rudder to get grid of them lool :D

  • The third runway WILL get built whether you like it or not.

If Greenpeace were to present their points of view in a sensible manner and offer WORKABLE solutions peharps the British public would be prepared to listen. Now you are though of as just a bunch of low life fascists.

  • Oh and by the way, making unsupported jibes about 'fascism' against people who are trying to make a positive contribution to solving the biggest problem we face (global warming) makes you look like a twat.

  • Yes. Climbing on planes really is a great way to get your views across. Go and play on a busy motorway.

  • "The third runway WILL get built whether you like it or not."

Your confidence is touching, given that:

1)Labour are the only party supporting it, and their grip on power is weak, to say the least

2)world economic slowdown is already cutting demand and devastating the airline industry, demonstrating that (like our inflated financial services industry) expansion can't continue for ever.

  • heathrow needs a 3rd runway end of!!!!!!!!

  • and a 4th in 10 years time, and a 5th soon after that, presumably, by your logic. Fortunately the rising price of oil will come to our rescue and make the cost of air travel reflect the true coist of the damage it is inflicting...

  • security is pathetic if they can manage to do that.

  • so much for security...

  • im sorry but what is this achieving and also how did they not get shot with all of this fear of terrorism.

  • What is it achieving? Well, either climate change is a serious issue and should be treated accordingly, or it isn't. If it is, the potential consequences are such that it would be criminally irresponsible not to at least warn people of the danger, surely?

In what possible way could this action be construed as an act of terrorism? Can't find a dictionary definition that defines terrorism as committing a misdemeanour solely for the purpose of trying to prevent a greater disaster.

  • i accept climate chance is serious but i dont see what putting that banner on the plane is achieving other than raising awareness. if you posted videos on how to combat climate change then people may take action once they are given ideas what to do.

  • Simonbasil, the second part of your comment makes it sound like your idea of taking action is individualist solutions to climate change, and "10-step-guides" to "making your life greener".

This misses the point. Unless we force those at the top to actually STOP POLLUTING, and unless we make real concrete demands, our individual lifestyle decisions are INSIGNIFICANT. This is why stunts like this are absolutely necessary.

  • i agree but i don't see why they are trying to affect the people at the top when there is clearly a demand why not influence the users rather than the people at the top because they are there to make money.

  • It's not just about 'affecting' people at the top, it's about actually making real demands and not compromising. Ordinary people do have power, but not as consumers (google the GE . Our real power lies in our ability to organize as workers in our workplaces, and in the streets.

  • Oh crap, I hit enter before I finished typing the last comment.

what i was going to say was "(google the incident when GE bought up a city's public transport service only to cripple it.) This shows us how much influence or power we have as consumers - next to nothing. Those at the top are driven only by profit We can take as much public transport as we want, but it doesn't change the fact that most people don't because it's so underfunded.Thats why we need to make demands. "

  • And I'm referring to Melbourne, Australia. The public transport situation would be different in the UK but you get the idea.

Another thing is that individualist solutions often shift the blame from corporate polluters to ordinary people, and attempt to portray us all as "in this together", ignoring class divisions. So instead of blaming companies who use millions of litres of water, we end up encouraging people to spy on their neighbors' water usage. (again, in Australia)

  • @GreenpeaceUK It is the public's best interest to allow airlines to function- they need a runway. Otherwise, people wouldn't be able to travel. I know this concept is difficult, however if you use google, hopefully you can figure out what an airplane looks like. The airline industry is very competitive, so any more constraints would be a terrible thing. One runway somewhere won't make a difference- you should head to Beijing and mess up other countries' economies. They clearly pollute more.

  • greenpeace do these campaigns for every1's benefit.. don't see u complain when u get the results needed.. theres a reason behind climate change and others...

  • Nein Greenpeace is die DUMMSTE Organsation der Welt. Sie Fahren überall rumm und sind Verantwörtlich dafür das wir jetzt soviel Kohlenkraftwerke haben (weil AKW angeblich zu gefährlich sind). Good job Greenpeace, now even more fuel will be wasted by idling planes on the Tarmac. Idiots.

  • Should get a pilot in to start the engines, roll around the tarmac till they fall off.

  • hey, when we run out of petrol in the world, we can use greenpeace members like this to fuel the planes...

    tht will show the bastards

  • haaaaa yes thats a good plan

  • Why do the media give these morons airtime, next time they pull a stunt like this, taxi round the airport a while, better still a takeoff and barrel roll to really stir them up

  • yeh, ppl like this should b considered Terrorists! cuz tht is what they are doing they are terrorizing either the pilots, brtish airways, or the passengers or all 3!

  • I'm not arsed, I'm quite chuffed I could land from NZ in to LHR, 50 minutes for a drink and bacon sarnie and a 30 min hop to Manc. T'was grand i tell you. as for arriving heathrow, train to Euston then another 3 hr to Manchester, No ta. God bless BMI

  • That's a beautiful view

  • Did you do this just to reach the climate change targets? Prevent one plane from moving, cause more hassle for passengers what next?

  • haha...as a pilot and as a Greenpeace supporter, well done. A third runway is not necessary.

  • The thing is Greenpeace....you don't really know! The IPCC "ESTIMATED" (estimated being the key word in all these published figures) that aviation is responsible for "APPROXIMATELY" (again, approximately, being the key word)3.5% of anthropogenic climate change. If it was up to you guys you would just see all aircraft grounded and see the destruction of world economies. The reason no one likes you or respects you is for the fact that you are unable to compromise.

  • We are not (and have never said)that all flying should stop - just that if we keep increasing the amount we fly we stand no chance of hitting our climate change targets. We've targeted the unnecessary expansion of short-haul flights - the bulk of the additional 500 flights a day from Heathrow's 3rd runway will be short-haul hops to cities like Paris, Brussels, Edinburgh and Newcastle - all easily reached by rail.

  • Greenpeace,

When do we ever hear of you giving credit to industries for the massive investments they put into creating cleaner low drag/low emission aircraft? Why are you not working alongside these companies to come to a better solution for all? Also a few things for you to consider before giving the aviation industry such a hard time:

  • Emissions per passenger seat mile can be far less in an aircraft than in a car or train for example.

The air quality around heathrow is better than that in central london.

Recent stats show that 6% of NOx emissions in London came from aircraff, and 5% from trains!! 41% from road transport.

Over 24million jobs worldwide are related to air transport.

Air transport will contribute up to $3 Trillion by 2010 to the world economy. Wouldnt want more starving children in the world would u?

  • I am not pro car, pro plane, people have legs for short distances, and cars for medium ones, and trains for long ones. The rail industry needs to clean up its act. But air travel (especially with uber cheap companies) should be off set in some way, its not a sustainable way forwards. People use oil more than they should. And 6% from aircraft that use a tiny area of London! when you think about it, its not great

  • Could your job possibly be closely connected with the aviation industry, by any chance?

  • What is wrong with the rail industry honestly what is un-green about trains?

  • In my reply to your last post I explained how, if unchecked, CO2 from aviation will rise to over 32% of CO2 emissions by 2050 - not remotely sustainable. As for no one respecting us, our approval ratings as a trusted source among the public were higher than the government's last time I looked!

  • Makes ya laugh really, World will end (fact), So why even bover saving it. Climate change is ANOTHER BIG FAT SCAM and the govenment turned into a ruddy great big gold mine. Hope they expand STN soon. LOL, Dont worry GP, We can buy u a bouncy plane to put banners over.

  • There usually is no such thing as bad publicity. But I think in this case there IS.

To battle CO2 you are essentially trying to appeal the average guy down the pub...I overheard one guy, He litterally said "oh what are the *uckin hippies doing now?"

This stunt actually distances yourselves from the public. It may well raise awareness but you're alienating yourself from the public at the same time.

Greenpeace, you have a chance to actually change something...but you're wasting it.

  • At the risk of repeating myself, polls show that 70% of Londoners consistently oppose the 3rd runway. So if you were in London when you overheard your "average guy's" comment - he was in a fairly small minority. The thousands of people at the Stop Heathrow rally at Westminster Hall on the day of this action gave our speaker the loudest cheer of the night - precisely because of the action.

  • You aren't putting people off the 'no third runway' you're putting people off YOU.

If you want to have any influence you need to have the public supporting Greenpeace. Stunts like this alienates people from Greenpeace.

Hence the comments..."Terrorism is not big or clever. Feel free to fall of next time" and "Your fuckin TERROIST! Putting other peoles lives in danger."

I may well not agree with these people, but it IS their view. Can you not see that things like this does more harm than good?

  • I refer you to my answer to martinhiltonmph below. This was manifestly NOT any kind of terrorist act by any definition you can think of, and just calling so won't make it one.

And at the risk of droning on yet again, 70% of Londoners oppose the third runway - including all the mayoral canditates etc etc ...

  • Can no one read "quotes" Your answer to my post is the same as martinhiltonmph because I was QUOTING martinhiltonmph.

My point was that Greenpeace are alienating people. Greenpeace NEED these people to cut back on CO2; if they decide they don't like Greenpeace and everything they stand for...what hope do we have then? (Other than all the Climate change skeptics being right)

  • Was trying to be very blunt in my original statement and dont appriciate the blatant swearing by kkkq.

Did any of the protesters get charged for possible damage to tens of millions of pounds worth of aircraft?

I'm not having a rant about airport expansion or climate change. More about the method of possibly endangering the safety of an aircraft. If any of that Upper skin is damaged and not detected you wont know about it till 150 people die when the aircraft roof peels off at 35000 feet.

  • I don't swear in my postings, I was quoting other people.

    Good point though.

  • Terrorism is not big or clever. Feel free to fall of next time. Rgds....

  • Sorry, but there is no definition of 'terrorism' that I can find that remotely equates to this action at Heathrow. Nobody was killed, injured or even threatened, and the police were informed of what was happening a few minutes before it took place. You may not like it, or agree with it, but that doesn't make it terrorism.

  • but even still u are one selfish arrogant ignorant human greenthumb. All u guys are. U only care about ur self when u "defend nature.

  • as for the commie / hippy tag how many of greenpeace are anti globalisation or anti capitalists.. or does greenpeace support the free market to sell oil, hamburgers or new runways etc ??

please answer and clear this up for me

  • You do live in a black and white world, don't you? I'm sure it would be lovely for you to have neat little pigeonholes to put everything and everyone in, but reality is quite a bit messier than that. The truth is that Greenpeace has no political allegiance. We've recently worked with Labour, Conservatives (David Cameron launched a key piece of his energy policy from our warehouse last autumn), Lib-Dems, Scots Nats and Greens, and will do so again if it helps in the battle against climate change.

  • stop dodging the question how many greenpeace members support the free market as ive described or how many are anti capitalists and so on ???

sorry do you understand the principles of free market ??

working with labour or conservative doesnt excuse you from being a commie, being against the free market does.. so rather than be a smart arse with your question dodging come back try actually answering it..

  • WHO ACTUALLY CARES?? Its the way of the world, more people are traveling these days. If the locals do not like it then move!!

  • look at the amount of british people who are not in greenpeace.. so you dont speak for uk. how many british people are members of greenpeace ?? we can do the maths right now. i say less than 3% and thats being generous..

so you represent a minority and not the uk.

  • 70% of Londoners consistently oppose the 3rd runway. We support them, greenpeace members or not. Who are you speaking for except yourself?

  • have you ever been on a plane ??

  • Greenpeace,

    1) The aviation industry accounts for only 3% of global carbon usage, why do you target this industry more than any other?

    2) A third runway at EGLL would reduce taxi and holding times for aircraft on the ground and would therefore increase local air quality...whats your problem?!?

    3) Do you not have lives??

  • You should also be charged with endngering an aircraft as the other idiot on the runway will be!

  • I suppose Greenpeace do not care about the rest of us then. I bet none of them have ever been on a plane!! If not, 'Get out more' PS, You lot have NO RIGHT AT ALL to get on top of a plane like that!!

  • What's the problem? Aviation accounts for 13% (and rising) of UK climate impact, according to the government's own figures. The UK is pledged to cut its CO2 output by 20% by 2020, and aiming for 60% by 2050. A quick calculation shows that, even with no further growth, 13% of today's CO2 output will be 16.25% of our 2020 emissions and up to 32.5% by 2050. With the proposed series of airport expansions (Heathrow's just the first of many) the actual figure will be much greater. Get the point now?

  • ikettles speaks for everyone who is not in greenpeace.. in fact we just see you as communist/hippy types who dont need much of an excuse to cause trouble and tell lies..

eg climate change is the biggest threat weve ever faced.. a complete lie

what about aids, cancer, world war etc.they have and will kill a lot more people than co2. climate change is not the biggest threat weve ever faced and never will be. so stop telling lies or tell me how many millions people have died from climate change?

  • If you took the trouble to open your blinkered eyes you might see that there are a huge number of people of all political persuasions who are extremely concerned. IPCC scientists are not communists hippies, neither is Al Gore, and neither am I. In fact your rhetoric exposes you for what you are - someone who has their head stuck deeply in the sand. Wasn't 'banzaii' what Japanese kamikazi pilots used to shout before they crashed in flames, by the way? Suits you right down to the ground.

  • no banzai was from the banzai charge on foot no planes or kamikazi involved.. another lie from greenpeace..

tell me of the millions of deaths from climate change if it is THE BIGGEST THREAT WEVE EVER FACED ??

that is a huge statement to make, are you suggesting its greater than aids and cancer which has factually claimed millions of lives ??

try answering this question instead of side stepping it

also please tell me which part of my comment was rhetoric ??

  • Well Climate change has the potential to wipe out the entire planet of humans, so...err..yeah it kind of is the biggest threat we've faced.

  • potential being the key word.. im not against the enviroment or that i just hate people pulling numbers out their ass and pretending there factual when they are not..

it is as factual as saying my football team is going to win the league when they probably wont or they may have a chance of winning but it still isnt factual its an opinion..

  • biggest problem. again over exaggerated for political gain. what about the cold war it had a much greater potential to end mankind but it didnt, very scary situation all the same, and at a lesser level what about the bird flu /sars remember these had the potential to wipe out the world and the millenium bug remember planes were going to fall out the sky and everybody was flappin all due to people peddling lies about potential.

  • Ok, for example, lets say Global Warming doesn't exist. If we cut our CO2, at WORST we'd reduce our dependance on oil.

And running out of Oil is a fact that everyone can understand...if we promoted that as much as Global warming then I'm pretty sure people would be a darn sight more scared!

  • Banzaiian, the Cuban Missile Crisis was the closest we've ever gotten to nuclear war but nuclear war didn't break out because people stopped the bomb being launched.

The same can be said for climate change. We can stop the road towards mass extinction and rising sea levels, if we get off our arses and do something.

  • Banzaiian, what have you done to stop aids or war?

  • if you care so muich about the environment why don't you actually get on with doing it. I speak for the British people when i say we've had enough of these protest.

  • Er, I'm afraid you don't speak for the majority of Londoners, climate scientists and Mayoral candidates who oppose expanding Heathrow and totally disagree with you. Climate change is the biggest threat we've ever faced and although you may be planning to keep your head stuck firmly in the sand, thankfully thousands of others are prepared to do something about it.

  • its not like i just fade away and pretend nothing is happening. I recycle, use energy efficient light bulbs, turn to 30 ect. All i am saying it you guys take protesting to the next level and thats NOT A GOOD THING!

  • Well I won't go quite as far as ikettles, but you have endangered innocent people's lives. An Airport is an extremely dangerous place if you haven't a clue what you're doing. There are risks that neither you nor me understand

And what about the people who had to go and save you?

You'd have got exactly the same amount of coverage (and a lot less of the critism!) if you'd done a protest outside the airport, surrounding the airport, in the airport or any other place that wasn't so irresponsible

  • Nobody needed rescuing and nobody was in danger. The airport police were informed of the action a few minutes before it happened and were very polite and cool about the whole thing. And I'd take your claims (when commenting on some of our other videos) to care about climate change a bit more seriously if you didn't keep defending major sources of CO2 pollution like the aviation industry. You sound like a paid lobbyist - maybe you're not, but it certainly sounds that way.

  • Paid lobbyist? I didn't even know they existed but glad I'm giving a good enough argument to make you think that.

I am not defending aviation! Why must anyone who objects to irresponsible actions automatically be against their views?

(E.g. I'm against Animal testing, but I don't support Animal rights activists - they released Mink and managed to wipe out a good bit of our wildlife!)

  • Listen the 3rd runway is going to go ahead. Nothing you do can stop that. Heahtrow NEEDS to expand. Its an international airport for gods sake. STOP PROTESTING! NO BODY IS LISTENING TO YOU! YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME. THIS HAS NO AFFECT. Why do you think no body listens to you? Cause you do stupid things like this? Your not protesters in that video. Your fuckin TERROIST! Putting other peoles lives in danger.

  • Heathrow (nor any other airport) does not NEED to expand at all, they merely WANT to to make more money. It's because they are all capitalists.

And at least they're doing something active to get noticed, people make petitions and write letters but they are just ignored. So if this is the only way they can make a difference, good for them.

    Hooray for Greenpeace!

  • You guys really are irresponsible.

  • No, what would be irresponsible would be to allow decisions which will dramatically increase the UK's CO2 output over the coming decades - like the 20 other airports planning to expand and the 8 new coal-fired power stations in planning - and NOT trying to do something about it.

  • Do you know why they're building new Coal power plants? Couldn't have anything to do with the fact that Nuclear power is being effectively shut down by you is it?

You need to make a choice and FAST. Climate change and running out of oil are major issues, Coal seems to be bad for both of these. Yet you seem more against Nuclear than you do Coal.

  • WELL DONE GREENPEACE

  • yeah well done, cos there has really been a complete government rethink on the 3rd runway hasnt there.. maybe if you were respectable members of society and not life-endangering renegades people might actually take count of your views.. however, untill you stop acting like children im afraid all you can hope for is a quick spot on the news focusing on lack security, which if anything is just going to prompt putting more money into the airport you so strongly oppose!..

  • Not according to yesterday's Evening Standard, Andy - they reckon that "The scale of the protest is understood to have taken the Government by surprise and is causing concern at the highest levels of Labour at the potential political fall-out if plans for a third runway are given the go-ahead."

You can find a link to the full "Ministers pressed to backtrack on Heathrow" story on the front page of the Greenpeace UK website.

  • well, perhaps i stand corrected then.. i will be surprised to see any actual change however, you may just see another terminal popping up at gatwick or manchester instead, if the demand is there they will need to fill it somehow

  • these terrorists should not be climbing on our monuments or planes, our country is a target from many why dont you show how poor our security is and give them a few ideas....

    (tw@ts)

indeed they should have been shot off that plane that will teach them

  • the police should have shot them down

  • Its about time I saw another Greenpeace protest, I thought you lot had packed up and gone home.

  • They were lucky not to be shot as terrorists. A dumb stunt that ended with them in the slammer LOL.

  • Shut up.

  • Good Comeback

  • You guys are the best! Thank you so much for all your amazing work over the years bringing these issues into the media lime-light. Keep it up!

  • BWAAAA HA HA HA HA!!! I don't know what's more rdiculous...security at Heathrow or the banner.

  • Kill the Greenpeace

    Fuck Greenpeace

    Come on!!!

  • they should have put a chemtrail banner up.

  • Great!
