@BigNateHoov - If I'm cooking a cup of brown rice, I'll use about 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of bragg's aminos. but lately, I've been using Wheat Free "low sodium" Tamari Soy Sauce. tastes so good
man, you're one of the most knowledgeable guy i've seen on youtube about nutrition and fitness. i really enjoyed your videos about nutrition. keep up the good work buddy!
@sHAd0W11591 - liquid amino's has quite a bit of sodium actually. but, it's naturally in there. in other words, no sodium in ingredients. my main grains are millet, buckwheat, oatmeal, brownrice, amaranth, dont eat as much quinoa anymore. but it's all about chewing each bite to a liquid
I actually live in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, but I'm visiting some friends & family in Philly,PA ,ya i know, long ways from home lol.Thanx for the tip!, I'm sure i can find a "Costco" around here I'll probably have to Google map the "Whole Foods Market" though lol.
back in the early 80's dr broners the soap guys had a soy amino supplement..looked for it back when i first studied hbi....lol...and yep mat all i was able to find was braggs...it makes brown rice a meal my body would crave it back in my 20's it was such that in my 50's...im still wanting it...lol...somthing about a good thing you never forget !...much love coach! great job! damn boy im proud of you!
