@MakeTeaNotWar0 It IS on a DVD, guys! It's one of two songs, as the special features on the New Morning DVD, 'The Paris Concert' from 2004. Either I'm holding the case in my hand in order to write the title and information at this very moment, or I've gone completely nuts! It's on the Inakustik label, and I likely ordered it from Amazon.
