  • @LadiiHpn0tiq : The numbers mean cyouwa (chouwa) (harmony)

    3=C

    25=Y

    15=O

    21=U

    23=W

    1=A

    15=O

  • HAHAHA FUCKING LOVE IT

  • This is beautiful. Now I wanna watch the movie.

  • wooow <3

  • what do the numbers mean??

  • @LadiiHpn0tiq The numbers are the numerical equivalents of english letters. 3 25 15 23 21 1 = cyouwa, which is another way of spelling chouwa which is the japanese word for harmony.

  • @LadiiHpn0tiq it's part of the lyrics

  • @LadiiHpn0tiq 3[ C] 25[y] 15[o] 21[w] 1[a]

    "Chouwa", meaning peace.

  • @LadiiHpn0tiq

    Numeric code, each word belongs to a letter in the alphabet. Spelled out it spells "Chouwa"

  • @LadiiHpn0tiq They are the alphabetical numbers of the romanji characters of the song's title, "Chouwa".

  • @LadiiHpn0tiq actually its code with the numbers meaning letters (A=1 and Z=26) it spells chouwa meaning "harmony" (no i dont have alot of thime)

  • @LadiiHpn0tiq Actually, it's using a number system to spell out Chouwa. :)

  • is this in chinese or japanese, i'm not sure, i think it's japanese, does anyone know?

  • @1Lula1ful it's Japanese.

  • Long, long ago,

    A seed awakened the heart of the forest.

    The Forest-Beast fell from the moon

    With its red breath and green tears,

    And Man cowered in fear.

    In time,

    The Beast's tears dried,

    And Man strained his ears

    To hear the voice of the Forest.

  • Is posting videos fun?

  • Is this on itunes if not someone puy on itunes

  • I love this song!

  • This has got to be one of the most beautiful movie theme songs I have ever heard (next to Miyazaki)... This song makes me cry... When I'm not reading the English lyrics. Love you Origins!

  • new fave song i think i know who you are XD

  • @vocaloidfreak2500 who am i? :3

  • @wmex22 this song.,... *troll face* problem?

  • Honestly, i prefer the translation provided by the netflix version of the movie i heard this from:

  • @kagomegirl321 you ever wonder what the numbers said at 1:26 meant? Each number is actually a letter from the alphabet (A=1, B=2, C=3 ...). If you convert it all you get the word "Cyouwa". Now here comes that "reflection" part, since the reflection of y is h (if you turn it upside down and than look at it with a mirror) that's how we get "Chouwa", which means "Harmony". So basically, they're spelling "harmony" with a number system. It's funny cause that what this movie's all about.

  • @kagomegirl321 You did it right. The letter y, when held upside down in front of a mirror, looks like the letter h. That's where the "with reflection" part comes in. See what they did there? Genius.

  • GOOGLE TRANSLATE

  • @kagomegirl321 It's supposed to, but yes, the 25 is a y, so it's cyouwa

  • @ClickAtOwnRisk But if you hold the letter y upside down by a pond or mirror, it's REFLECTION is the letter h. See what they did there? "With Reflection"?

  • @PredictableEnigma Makes sence, didn't even think of it that way. Good find!

  • Great song, and did you translated it yourself or did you find the lyrics online?

  • this song blew my mind. thx to these lyrics I now know wat the song says, I had this blaring in my ears and I was like .......(speechless) then I was like -whispers- whoah 0_0

  • @wmex22i love this song. it helps me calm down. thxs for making this.

  • I love this song <3; it is so peaceful, yet has a nice steady beat :D

  • @kagomegirl321

    that part is lyrics sining backwards in Japanese

  • @kagomegirl321

    that part is lyrics sining backward in Japanese

  • @kagomegirl321 thanks:) I was just thinking why are those numbers there :P

  • When I hear the song the first I hear... JAPANESE... (I didn't undestand it) So when I hear you wmex22 have translatetion this song, really thanks! Now I undestand the song. :D<3

  • @kagomegirl321 it's what happened if you romanized japanesse hiragana.

    technically cyouwa writen using "chi+yo - u - wa" because japanesse doesn't have "cyo" as single "letter" so tough the reading is "cho" it's more visible as "cyo", maybe ^^

  • Comment removed

  • @kagomegirl321 no you are right it is Cyouwa lot's of people misspell it

  • @Lainmacha

    I think, it's chouwa. homophone with chouwa era ( just wiki chouwa ), different kanji.

    also, I believe there's no official "cyo" in japanesse except accent or sound effect.

  • @kagomegirl321 cyouwa is what it says indeed and it does represent chouwa, just with a y.

  • @kagomegirl321

    as far as I know, Cyouwa is an alternative way of spelling chouwa.

  • @kagomegirl321 Cyouwa means "harmony" in Japanese, I believe. I think that was the message. :)

  • @kagomegirl321 KOKIA said in an interview that those 6 numbers corresponded to the letter position in the roman alphabet, meaning C is 3rd letter etc... so the title of the song (cyouwa = harmony) appears in numbers in the middle of the song :)

  • you know what, this is an epic song. always enjoyed it listening to the origin spirits of the past original soundtrack, and recently saw a live version of it being sung on youtube, just happened to chance apon this video with the english lyrics and i gotta say i think the lyrics are as deep as the feeling i get with the song before i ever read a translation.. thanks wmex22 for the upload and time spent making this

  • @kagomegirl321 i have no idea

  • @kagomegirl321 i dont have the lyrics for that part, sorry :/

  • thanks for all your comments, exspecally sense they're all positive :D

  • I may just be over emotional but sometimes when I listen to this song I start to cry

  • just beautiful!!!

  • I saw the movie 'Origin' And I'm completely English and don't usually listen to stuff like this but this song is really captivating

  • Thank you for the lyrics ♥

  • wowwwww when i saw this movie i was so hung up on this song!!! <3 this the movie and song!!

  • i love this song

  • amazinggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

  • Her voice reminds me of waves in the water then that of the wind whispering then again the fire of passion in this song but the earthly lyrics. Interesting

  • the movie and its song are totally awesome!!!!!!!!!!

  • Very nice song m8 thnx for translation... and may i ask if you would know of any other songs similar to this perfect song?

  • @Archaon94 ur welcome......i dont know really any others like this song.

  • @Archaon94 I agree with Lillia, I don't know of any other songs like this. The style used in the Ar tonelico games music ??kind of?? resembles it. A little. But yeah, nothing compares to the simply, profoundly powerful feel on this <3

  • @Archaon94 As you can see and I hope you know, KOKIA's kind of everywhere with the styles of music and singing. :D This variety and range is part of why she's so great. She's got a few other songs like this, but the main one that comes to mind is Track 7, Gematoria, from Kokia - Akiko Balance. It's another with an epic sound, upbeat, and also kind of haunting. Mixes Indian and Spanish musical sounds.

  • wow splendid!

  • thank you

  • Beautiful song. Thanks for the translation in english ^^

  • ur welcome

  • your welcome

  • thank you so much!!! <3
