  • i have the same exact guitar exp with tremolo. i locked up the tremolo cuz i personally dont like it and never use it and if you lock it up it will never go out of tune and you can change tunings without messin with the tremolo and stuff

  • Both EX's and EXP's have headstocks labelled as EXP's, the main difference between EXP's and EX's are that EX's are bolt on whereas EXP's are neckthru. Certain EX models have floyds (red and black) and some of them don't.

  • thanks for explain the "peavey guitar mistery" :O

  • the neckthru EXP is limited edition hence the extra trimmings, and the floydrose on it sucks, i own one and hate it. but rotor EXPs rule in general.

  • @easternclive Im buying the EXP limited next month. I tried it out and the neck is amazing my sweeps were so much easier. The Stock pickups are kind of a disappointment because they were kind of thin, although Im switching them with emg 81 or Seymour duncan invaders so it dont really matter. XD

  • @anima1991 no exp's have floyd roses too its the exp LIMITED that only has string thru

  • "HAHA this here is a floyd rose!" ha that made me laugh a bit

  • honestly what is the point of this...

  • if you see some peavey catalogs, you will find that peavey rotor EXP comes without a floyd rose tremolo. But my guitar, is an EXP with floyd rose... The model that has that tremolo is the EX and not EXP.

Some people didn't believe me, so i uploaded this video to show that little thing.
