@weredaxter Not if you have a good graphics card. Crysis 2... god, the 360 version was chugging along at an amazingly bad 15 fps. It has even higher specs than timeshift, which was high at the time of release but not as much today.

@Thegoldstarman As an adult, I find story to be the most important thing, which is why I still play oldie RPG's. You don't have to believe the story as such, but get lost in the fantasy worlds created by said story. So yes, personally I believe that the gameplay elements and storyline are the most important thing.

there's not much in SP that makes it stand out... it has no real plot, it tells nothing about the protagonist, it's fun for a short time and then starts repeat itself over and over again, same thing with the puzzles if you can call them puzzles..

the suit health regen reminds me of halo and the slowmo reminds me of fear, the scenarios are scripted and design is only half-done..

the graphics are ok though and so is the mp

The things i didn't like about the game was how the enemies always knew where you were. You try to sneak pass them and they all start shooting at you. The plot of the story was very very weak, and the ending was.... lets not go there. Also, the time powers lasted for very short time.

Other than that, i thought everything else was awesome.

i don´t know killzone but i think halo always had a good story and a great game experience, it's up to you wether you want to play as a combatant with a lot of weapons in a more or less deep environment in halo3 or the timeshift guy who seems to be not focussed on shooting that much than e.g. masterchief but playing a part in the whole story

I'm gonna say that I'm not easily impressed. I can have fun easily enough, but thinking "man that's awesome" doesn't come easily. I played the demo, and that's what I thought about Timeshift. It's not the most complicated, but, fuck, you can pause time, go into slow motion, pull out a shotgun and watch that guy turn into delicious mince chunks.
