Choreographed was the wrong word, since that would mean determining stuff beforehand.

But certain moves play off eachother like a WWE match it seems, the guy does an obvious jump, the guy swings under him.

More like an artistic display maybe is what I meant.

Is this just a demo? At about 0:30 the guy jumps and then after he jumps the other guy swings under him... odd... seems semi-choreographed.

I think it was a free fight demonstration.

Orange perceived that Red's next attack would be a head strike (since Red jumped), So Orange went down to escape from head blow and arm his next strike on the legs.

This looks choreographed, because fighters need to respect (and take into account) the armed strike of the opponent before attacking.

@MagnusWyvern It's a bit hard to see cause someone walks in the way, but it looks like he strikes upwards and got the guy in the knees. Not 100% sure though, could be wrong.
