Surveillance video shows the suspect body bump the officer, Watch the first 4 seconds he clearly steps up in the cops face. Most cops won't back down to that treatment. Basically it is an assault, you can also see the mouth running, wonder what he said. If I was responding to a call and encountered this, I would warn him, and if he persisted, then an arrest would be made.
